Zebec Network deploys payroll and payment stacks to the Circle Arc main network

Zebec Network (@Zebec_HQ) announced the deployment of its payroll and payment systems on @circle's Arc main network. This move further expands its multi-chain layout, and the network currently covers more than ten blockchains.

A natural extension of existing cooperation

This move is based on the cooperative relationship that the two parties had established before the launch of the main network. In November 2025, Zebec joined the Arc Test Network as a member of the Circle Alliance Program, allowing it to access the network's underlying infrastructure in advance of wider roll-out.

Zebec Network has built a multi-chain-based payroll and payment platform that uses $USDC and EURC to support real-time salary flows, cross-border payments, and card-based consumption scenarios. The annual payroll processing scale has exceeded US$500 million. These two stablecoins already settle their salary streams on Zebec's existing chains, so Arc's addition is a natural extension of its business logic rather than a new shift in direction.

Its platform allows employers to start, suspend, or adjust payment flows to employees and contractors; recipients can keep funds in supported wallets, make fiat withdrawals through available channels, or spend through cards. Originally built on top of Solana, Zebec has now expanded to a multi-chain network that supports multiple assets to enable a wider range of application scenarios.

Core Value brought by Arc

The Arc public main network will be officially launched on September 16, 2026, positioning itself as an open Layer 1 blockchain specifically designed for financial markets, real-time capital flows and agency economy. Developers can deploy contracts and send transactions without approval, but verification nodes are still limited to recognized institutions. Transaction fees are priced in $USDC and Arc is compatible with Ethereum's application environment.

Many well-known institutions including Fireblocks, BlackRock, DTCC, ICE, Mastercard, Visa, Standard Chartered, Galaxy and MoneyGram have become founding verification nodes. This institutional-level lineup of validators is highly aligned with the focus on compliance and enterprise-level workflows behind Zebec's business model.

Circle hopes to build Arc into a corporate clearing layer that will allow companies to transfer USDC and other assets with predictable fees, fast confirmation times, and direct access to Circle's financial infrastructure. For Zebec, deployment on Arc means its payroll infrastructure will run on a blockchain designed for stablecoin settlement from the bottom up, with fees paid for by $USDC, and block production guaranteed by some of the top giants in the traditional financial sector. The company views this integration as part of its broader multi-link map rather than a strategic shift away from existing deployments.
