罗宾汉两名工程师涉嫌利用机密信息在去中心化交易所进行内幕交易

美国联邦检察官周二表示，两名罗宾汉（Robinhood）工程师涉嫌利用关于即将上线加密货币的机密信息，在去中心化交易所 Hyperliquid 上进行获利交易。

36岁的贺福·柴（Hefu Chai）和30岁的黄松“杰里”·项（Huaisong “Jerry” Xiang）各面临一项商品欺诈罪和一项电汇欺诈罪的指控。

在罗宾汉案中，检方依据《商品交易法》追究涉及衍生品的涉嫌内幕交易行为，而非提出证券欺诈指控。检方表示，随着罗宾汉扩展其加密货币永续合约业务，该公司配合了此次调查。

若定罪，最高面临20年监禁

如果被定罪，商品欺诈罪的最高刑罚为10年监禁，而电汇欺诈罪的最高刑罚为20年监禁。
