Securitize integrates with ADI Chain to expand compliant tokenized investment infrastructure

This integration aims to expand the infrastructure for qualified tokenized investments, subject to compliance with relevant regulatory, product and jurisdiction requirements. Co-founder Domingo positions the United Arab Emirates as a hub connecting investors in the global South with compliant financial products in international capital markets. The ADI Foundation is committed to supporting the issuance, distribution and settlement of institutional assets by connecting its blockchain ecosystem to Securitize's infrastructure.

Deepen the multi-chain ecosystem and strengthen institutional service capabilities

Securitize has integrated with ADI Chain to expand the blockchain infrastructure of regulated investments and support its expansion plans to investors in global markets. According to an official statement, this integration will integrate ADI Chain into Securitize's expanding multi-chain ecosystem. Eligible tokenized financial products issued through Securitize will gain access to ADI Chain provided that relevant requirements are met.

Securitize mainly provides Infrastructure services for the issuance, management, distribution and trading of tokenized securities, and cooperates with a number of large asset management companies. Connecting these services to ADI Chain will further enhance the network's ability to provide services to financial institutions and asset management companies pursuing tokenization.

It should be noted that this integration does not exempt individual financial products from the regulatory conditions applicable to their distribution in different markets. Eligible products must meet applicable regulations, product requirements, and jurisdiction rules before using ADI Chain via a connection. These conditions form the framework for the partnership's international ambitions to superimpose compliance requirements for access to regulated investments on top of the broader distribution infrastructure.

In addition, ADI Chain's infrastructure also covers digital assets, payments and settlements, integrating this integration into the broader financial services ecosystem. Within the ecosystem, Securitize will contribute its securities infrastructure to support the ADI Foundation's plan to connect traditional capital markets with blockchain networks.

Focus on United Arab Emirates strategy to fill global investment access gaps

In addition to expanding blockchain options, Securitize also sees this integration as a critical step in giving more investors access to regulated global financial products. Co-founder and CEO Carlos Domingo linked the goal to the growing investor community in the global South.

Domingo pointed out that the region is home to 85% of the world's population, and highlighted India's expanding investment account base in particular. "India alone currently has more than 230 million investment accounts," he said,"but access to high-quality global financial products remains uneven." Domingo added, explaining the distribution gap the company aims to address.

To support this ambition, he identified the United Arab Emirates as a hub connecting investors in these markets with regulated international products. He described integration with United Arab Emirates based ADI Chain as the first step in building the infrastructure needed for such connectivity.

Link tokenization and institutional issuance and settlement vision

While emphasizing investor access, Andrey Lazorenko, CEO of the ADI Foundation, elaborated on the infrastructure vision behind the cooperation. "Tokenization is fundamentally changing the world's perception of ownership, capital and financial markets," Lazorenko said.

He described Securitize as an institutional bridge between traditional finance and on-chain economics, connecting its capabilities to ADI's goals. These goals include creating a network that allows participants to issue, distribute and settle real-world value in global markets. In addition, the integration supports ADI's tokenized asset ecosystem, complementing its work on regulated digital currencies, payment and settlement infrastructure. The partnership combines these institutional infrastructure initiatives with Securitize's distribution ambitions, while being subject to regulatory and product requirements that will regulate the eligibility of qualified assets to participate.
