ETH 渣打银行在新加坡推出稳定币及代币化资产托管服务
渣打银行（Standard Chartered）宣布，将为其在新加坡的机构客户和认可企业客户提供精选稳定币及代币化现实世界资产的托管服务。此举标志着该银行在亚洲主要金融中心之一扩展其数字资产能力，并建立在其在其他多个司法管辖区已有的加密资产运营基础之上。
仅限机构客户的托管服务
这项涵盖传统资产和代币化资产的托管服务，将整合进渣打银行新加坡分行的融资与证券服务业务中。由于该服务仅面向符合该国监管要求的机构客户和认可企业客户，因此不向零售投资者开放。
虽然银行未明确说明将托管哪些具体的稳定币或代币化资产，但表示该解决方案允许客户在传统证券及其代币化等效物之间无缝切换。目前，尚未公布这些新托管服务的正式推出日期。
渣打银行全球数字资产与证券服务部门负责人Ying Ying Tan表示，来自机构投资者的需求正在增长，特别是针对代币化基金、交易所交易基金（ETFs）以及贵金属。这些客户正寻求通过数字化方案更高效地存储、转移和调动其资产。

强调基础设施与生态系统的重要性
渣打银行新加坡分行兼东盟及南亚地区首席执行官Patrick Lee强调了新加坡作为金融创新中心的名声，并指出驱动对可信数字资产服务需求增长的机构生态系统。Lee指出，强大的技术基础设施对于促进机构客户代币化资产的安全、可扩展保管和流转至关重要。
全球扩张与现有合作伙伴关系
通过此次扩张，新加坡加入了阿联酋（UAE）、香港和卢森堡的行列，成为渣打银行提供数字资产托管的市场。这家总部位于伦敦的主要国际金融机构，将自己定位为为全球主要机构玩家提供受监管数字资产服务的关键提供商。
渣打银行全球交易服务及数字资产负责人Ole Matthiessen表示，安全且受监管的托管是数字资产生态系统的基础要求，并引用了渣打银行作为系统重要性机构的地位，认为这是为客户提供的重大安全保障。他强调，稳健且受监管的托管处于机构采纳数字资产的核心位置，而渣打银行在此领域的持续投资表明了其承诺。
渣打银行的加密资产托管业务最初是通过与Northern Trust成立的合资企业Zodia Custody开发的。今年5月，该行同意收购Zodia Custody的剩余所有权，尽管最终完成交易仍需等待监管批准。
As of July 2025, Standard Chartered Bank UK Branch has begun to execute spot bitcoin and ether transactions for institutions. Its Dubai office recently launched a similar service that allows digital asset trading through its foreign exchange platform.
In Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank has partnered with Coinbase to achieve real-time settlement of Singapore dollar transactions for Coinbase customers. The partnership covers transactions, custody, pledge and lending, and allows institutional customers to use any custodian, including Standard Chartered Bank, to settle cryptocurrency transactions.
Background: Zodia Custody
Zodia Custody is an institutional digital asset custody platform originally developed as a joint venture between Standard Chartered Bank and Northern Trust to provide infrastructure for the secure storage and settlement of cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets.
