ICP What is SNS and its approval process
On Internet Computer, developers have a formal path for transferring full control of applications to users. The core of this mechanism is the "Service Neural System"(SNS). This is a governance framework built by @dfinity that transforms centrally managed applications into a community-run decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).
SNS is a governance framework built into the Internet Computer protocol that allows any developer to hand over control of an application to a community-governed DAO. Each SNS has its own tokens, which holders use to vote on app upgrades, treasury decisions, and other changes. Once online, any upgrades or configuration changes must go through a governance proposal voted on by token holders, which means that no single party can make changes unilaterally.
Before any SNS is officially launched, it must pass a network-level review barrier. All SNS canister codes require approval from the NNS (Network Nervous System) community, and the launch of new SNS also requires approval from the NNS community, including the initial settings of the SNS and conditions for decentralized swaps.
Detailed explanation of decentralized interchange mechanism
NNS is a network neural network, which is an on-chain governance system that supervises the Internet Computer protocol itself. Once the NNS approves the launch of SNS, the public decentralized interchange channel will be open.

成功的启动不仅为项目筹集了初始资金，还将应用程序的所有权移交给社区，从而使社区能够完全掌控去中心化应用（dapp）的演进，包括代币经济学、升级和项目方向等关键决策。
SNS模式代表了当前加密货币领域中更为结构化的应用级去中心化方案之一，它提供了一条标准化且经过NNS验证的路径，免除了开发者从零开始构建治理系统的必要。
