Arbitrum revenue sharing model: Robinhood Chain will contribute 10% of net protocol revenue

According to the Arbitrum extension program\'s revenue sharing model, Robinhood Chain will allocate 10% of its net network protocol revenue to Arbitrum. Robinhood Chain helps grow the Arbitrum corporate ecosystem and expands stock tokens, DeFi solutions and on-chain financial products. After being launched on the Robinhood Chain public main network, Arbitrum used its Layer-2 blockchain technology to generate new sources of revenue.

Steven Goldfeder, co-founder of Offchain Labs, explained that Robinhood Chain and other qualified Layer-2 networks using Arbitrum technology will receive protocol revenue. 10% of the negotiated net income is returned to the Arbitrum ecosystem through pre-specified allocations. \"As corporate adoption rates increase, Arbitrum is expected to generate revenue,\" said Steven Goldfeder. He added that 8% of that went into the treasury and 2% was used to fund developer projects. \"All fees charged on Arbitrum One will go 100% into the Arbitrum vault,\" Goldfeder said.

According to the Arbitrum DAO profile, this revenue calculation is based on the agreement\'s net revenue, rather than the total fees earned by the agreement. This revenue sharing mechanism applies to external chains launched under the Arbitrum extension program. As corporate adoption continues to heat up, Arbitrum is in a good position to generate revenue. 10% of the fees charged on Robinhood Chain (and all other Arbitrum L2s) will go into the Arbitrum ecosystem-8% of which goes to vaults controlled by token holders and 2% to fund development. Of course, 100% fee...

Robinhood\'s chain extension

Robinhood Chain is now integrated into Robinhood Wallet, allowing users to bridge assets from Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum and other supported chains. Users can directly transfer assets before redemption in the wallet interface. Previous reports have shown that Robinhood has developed the Ethereum Layer-2 chain based on Arbitrum technology for tokenized stocks, DeFi applications and asset infrastructure.

Robinhood has been publicly tested before being launched on the main network. Previous development reports showed that TestNet processed more than 4 million transactions during its first week of operation. Robinhood also identified tokenized stocks as one of the functions of the blockchain. Eligible users can access tokenized stocks in more than 120 countries through Robinhood Wallet and compatible decentralized exchanges.

On the other hand, Robinhood has also launched new blockchain products such as perpetual contracts, decentralized lending, stock tokens and other AI-driven transaction functions. Infrastructure partners include Uniswap, Chainlink, Alchemy, BitGo, etc.

This revenue sharing model connects the success of blockchain adoption to the sustainability of the ecosystem. In addition, ongoing activities on the trading, lending and tokenization platforms will be responsible for generating future agreement revenue for the Arbitrum DAO vault.
