HYPE Payward计划为美国客户提供Hyperliquid永续合约，打造首个合规交易场所
Payward（Kraken的母公司）宣布，计划将Hyperliquid上的永续合约市场引入美国客户。此举将使Payward成为首家向美国客户提供该产品的受监管交易平台，使长期难以触及这一市场的美国交易者得以进入。
双子公司协同运营架构
Payward表示，该项业务将由其两家受监管子公司共同承担，分别负责流程的不同环节。其中，Bitnomial作为公司旗下受商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）监管的交易所及清算机构，将负责运行HIP-3市场，并处理合约的清算与结算工作。而客户账户管理则由NinjaTrader Clearing负责，这是一家在CFTC注册的商品期货佣金经纪人（FCM），同时也是全国期货协会（NFA）的成员。
根据新闻稿披露，只有通过NinjaTrader完成开户，并经NinjaTrader和Bitnomial双方审核批准的客户，方可访问该市场。每一笔交易都将通过链上订单簿匹配并记录在Hyperliquid的公共区块链上。
Payward美国衍生品负责人Jon Pham解释称，美国客户将在Payward注册的经纪商处开设期货账户，并利用该账户在Hyperliquid上交易新的永续合约。他补充道，目前支持Payward向美国客户提供加密永续合约的同一清算机构，也将继续服务于此次新增的业务。
HIP-3 features support compliance deployment
Earlier this month, Hyperliquid co-founder Jeffrey Yan announced the new HIP-3 feature. This feature allows deployers to use on-chain whitelists to create permission-based markets, adding access control mechanisms while keeping existing markets unchanged.
Payward aims to be the first registered exchange to offer perpetual contracts deployed by builders to U.S. customers, both gaining market control and fulfilling corresponding regulatory obligations.
After the news was announced, the market responded quickly. Hyperliquid's native token, HYPE, rose more than 3% in a few hours, and open interest in HYPE futures on the Binance platform also increased by 7% over the same period.
Importance of on-chain perpetual contracts to the U.S. market
Since 2016, perpetual contracts have been traded outside the United States. According to the 2026 "Crypto Perpetual Contract Status Report" released by CoinGecko, global transaction volume will exceed US$85 trillion in 2025. Hyperliquid will be launched in 2023 and was rated by CoinGecko as the most active trading venue for online perpetual contracts in the same year; according to DefiLlama, its transaction volume in the past 30 days has exceeded US$200 billion.
In the past ten years, U.S. traders have been unable to participate in trading perpetual contracts on the chain. Paywd hopes to fill this gap by establishing compliant market channels and ensuring that competition does not flow entirely overseas.
