Arc，由 Circle 专为稳定币设计的区块链网络，自上线以来便展现出强劲的发展势头。在公共主网于 2026 年 9 月 16 日运行仅一周后，该网络已流通价值 6.24 亿美元的 USDC，并处理了总计 68 亿美元的转账交易。Arc 采用 USDC 支付交易手续费，从而免去了用户持有波动性原生 Gas 代币的需求。
Layer-1 网络的快速启动
这些数字反映了资本迅速涌入一个刚刚开放的网络。Circle 于 2026 年 9 月 16 日正式推出 Arc 公共主网，标志着其从稳定币发行向运营专为金融市场设计的 Layer-1 区块链的重大扩展。
Arc 使用 USDC 支付网络费用，而非要求用户持有单独的原生波动性代币作为 Gas。Arc 主网拥有包括贝莱德（BlackRock）、Visa 和万事达卡（Mastercard）在内的多家主要金融机构担任验证节点。CEO Jeremy Allaire 将 Arc 描述为自 USDC 成立以来 Circle 历史上最重要的发布项目。
以 Morpho 和 Aave 为核心的 DeFi 活动
根据 DefiLlama 的数据，目前链上应用程序中锁定的资金总额为 3.85 亿美元。@MorphoBlue 以 2.11 亿美元的总锁定价值（TVL）领先，其次是 @AaveV4，TVL 为 1.46 亿美元。在该网络的首周内，去中心化交易所（DEX）交易量已达 4.97 亿美元。
Arc exceeded its total lock-in value of US$300 million within hours of opening its main network, with the majority of the funds concentrated in Moro Blue and Aave V4 lending operations. The continued growth of TVL lending suggests that institutional capital is gradually settling in rather than short-term speculation.
Arc's stablecoin supply is US$628 million, of which USDC accounts for 99%, highlighting the chain's single goal of focusing on dollar-denominated activities. By building a dedicated chain specifically designed for programmable, compliant financial operations, Arc aims to extend the utility of stablecoins beyond payments into real-time settlement, asset tokenization and global capital operations.
