ETH Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson predicts Leios upgrade, with ADA rising 12% to hit US$0.27
As Bitcoin and Ethereum prices fluctuated little, Cardano (ADA) prices rose 12% to US$0.27. At the same time, Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson announced the network's scalability upgrade "Leios" on social media. This rise, accompanied by the launch of the RealFi main network and the integration of USDr stablecoins, pushed the ADA out of the "golden fork" pattern, and its relative strength index (RSI) on the daily chart climbed to 68.69.
Market dynamics and price breakthroughs
According to a post posted on the X platform, Hoskinson shared an ADA price trend chart with the hashtag #LeiosIsComing. The forwarding content displays a 15-minute ADA/USDT trading chart showing that the token price rose from approximately $0.244 to $0.264 during the trading period. The ADA reached its highest level in five months, registering its strongest rebound since May, while prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum remained almost unchanged over the same period.
Market interest in Cardano also increased after RealFi launched its main network on October 1, a platform designed to target tokenization of real-world assets. In addition, the integration of USDr stablecoins has brought them into applications such as Lace, Liqwid and SundaeSwap, expanding their presence in the Cardano ecosystem.

Leios技术升级详解

自2026年6月以来，开发人员一直在Musashi Dojo网络上测试该技术，评估其在真实网络环境下的性能。据报道，测试结果显示在稳定条件下数据处理速度提升了六倍。估算认为，潜在的性能提升幅度可能在十倍到六十五倍之间。
Cardano计划通过Dijkstra硬分叉在2026年底整合Leios，激活需经过链上治理流程。质押池运营商需要手动注册密钥，网络参数的更改将逐步提高吞吐量。
挑战与阻力
尽管ADA价格有所上涨，但Cardano去中心化交易所的交易量并未同步增长，交易活动落后于价格走势。ADA面临的最邻近阻力位在0.28美元，而在计划的主网整合之前，Leios仍处于测试阶段。
