According to daily chart data of Binance XRP/USDT on TradingView, the XRP price on October 1 was US$1.4784, a decline of approximately 0.78% for the day, and the intraday trading range ranged between US$1.4744 and US$1.5103. Below the $1.50 level, the daily chart shows XRP retreating from a September high near $1.65. Although prices are still above all four displayed daily moving averages, the Chaikin Money Flow Indicator has dropped below zero.

This shareholder approval promotes Evernorth's proposed open market transaction. According to transaction materials, the expected treasury balance includes previous purchases and donations of XRPs rather than the new purchase of 473 million tokens triggered by the vote.

The bandwidth boundary shown sets the immediate technology range at around $1.4755 to $1.5184. If prices break through the midpoint, they will return to the upper half of the range; if they fall below the lower trajectory, the current weakness will extend further.

The latest 4-hour K-line occupies a narrower price range compared to the sharp rise in September. As XRP stabilizes around $1.48, the two outer Bollinger bands have moved closer to each other. The average Directionality Index (ADX) on this chart is 18.57. Below the commonly used threshold of 25, this reading indicates limited trend strength;ADX itself cannot determine whether the next move will be up or down.

In a post posted on October 1, trader CW pointed out that XRP was hindered by selling pressure and needed to break through the "selling wall" to prove an upward trend. His assessment focuses on selling pressure above rather than identifying specific breakthrough points.

Analyst view: Breakout threshold is $1.54

In a September 30 post, Ali Charts said that XRP appears to form a symmetrical triangle on the hourly chart. His settings set the key confirmation level at $1.54. "I'm waiting for the hourly chart closing price to break past $1.54 to confirm the breakthrough."

Analysts said the confirmed breakthrough could lead to a rebound of about 10%, with the target pointing at $1.70. His target depends on the closing price he specifies on the hourly chart, which currently shows XRP at around $1.48, still below that threshold.

CoinGlass's week-long clearing heat chart shows that the estimated clearing concentration above the price is in the US$1.56 - 1.57 and US$1.59 - 1.60 regions. Additional banding areas appear around $1.63-$1.64. Below the latest price, the heat map shows concentrations in the $1.46 - 1.47 range, including a bright band around $1.46. These levels represent estimated liquidation exposure rather than completed liquidations or guaranteed price destinations.

During the week shown, CoinGlass's price trajectory recorded a surge of more than $1.60, then fell to $1.47, and briefly rebounded again to $1.56. By the right edge of the chart, XRP has returned to the $1.48 region.
