Shorts target the support level of US$0.000010, and Shiba Inu may face the risk of plummeting

The SHIB continues to be under pressure, and the key resistance level and the 100-period moving average are still in a bearish pattern after repeated obstacles.

If the short force continues to dominate below the resistance level, the target will point to the US$0.0000010 support level. Large increases in holdings and net outflows from exchanges provide cautiously optimistic signals for the long-term outlook.

Despite many attempts to rebound, Shiba Inu still faces heavy selling pressure. Every rebound is unsustainable, and bears firmly control the situation. Recent price movements have continued a typical pattern for months: bulls have never been able to recover key resistance levels, and technical indicators are still leaning further downward. Unless the buyer\'s power can quickly regain momentum, the memo coin may be hit hard again before it finds effective support.

The rebound has been repeatedly suppressed, and SHIB is in deep trouble.

Since the end of 2025, Shiba Inu has always been in a clear downward structure. Continuing to form lower highs and lower lows dominate the trend. Early gains had raised hope, but none lasted long enough to change the direction of the market. Shorts repeatedly attacked near the main resistance level to erase previous gains. A long-term downtrend line has continued to suppress upside for months. After breaking through this resistance line, SHIB briefly reached a higher low along an rising support line.

However, this positive structure broke in May-when prices fell below the support line confirming that bears regained control. The four-hour chart also confirms this trend: sharp declines tend to attract short-term buyers, but these rallies quickly fade as resistance triggers a new round of selling. In recent months, the same pattern has been repeated.

The trend in early June is a typical case: SHIB surged to US$0.0000558 and encountered aggressive selling pressure, and the price plummeted to approximately US$0.0000430 within five days. Although it rebounded again to nearly US$0.0000520 in mid-June, short positions quickly lowered prices again, continuing the overall decline.

It is difficult for large players to increase their holdings and short-dominated pattern

The latest round of rebound has pushed SHIB back to the previous support area of around US$0.0000046, which has now turned into resistance. Prices are also limited by the 100-cycle moving average, which continues to suppress long attempts. Repeated blockages suggest that buyers still lack enough power to reverse the trend. The current market structure is clearly short-lower highs continue to form in the chart, and lower lows have not been touched. Unless prices can break through the moving average and adjacent resistance areas, there is a high probability that downward pressure will continue to dominate trading.

If bears maintain control, SHIB may slide towards the next main support level near US$0.000010, which will be another significant decline from current levels. Traders should pay close attention to resistance levels, as effective breakthroughs may weaken bearish expectations. Strong buying will also increase the likelihood of a full recovery.

Despite the weak price trend, online data sends a positive signal: large investors continue to increase their holdings of SHIB during periods of market weakness. Net exchange traffic has turned negative in the past 24 hours, meaning that the number of tokens flowing out of the exchange exceeds the inflow, indicating that holders are more inclined to transfer assets into private wallets rather than preparing to sell immediately.
