Most XRP holders are not prepared for major price increases: Experts call for blueprint
The vast majority of XRP holders are focused on price targets. However, cryptocurrency expert Jake Claver is concerned about something else.
In a recent post, he asked a question that hit the nail on the head, penetrating the buzz about "rushing to the moon" and the chase for milestones: Are holders really ready when a major price increase does come? Or will they be forced to react unprepared?
The core of Clover's post is "ready" rather than speculative speculation. He believes that getting too obsessed with a specific number-whether it's $5,$10 or $50-can miss out on the real challenge. Having a clear plan before acting is the key to distinguishing disciplined investors from those who panic selling or freeze completely.
Empty talk from numbers
Most people are not prepared for the significant price appreciation of XRP. Will you prepare your blueprint in advance, or will you be forced to respond too late?
Everyone is talking about when XRP touches____dollars, as if that number would change everything. But let's be realistic, simple price targets don't make much sense.

Clover's View: A blueprint for action is needed
Clover's message is clear: Price targets alone cannot produce results and investors need a clear blueprint. He pointed out that most holders have never defined what they will actually do when XRP reaches a significant valuation. At what price do you take profits? What percentage do you hold? What percentage are sold? When to sell?
He wants the community to think about these issues. Although he has previously set high targets for XRP, the focus of this post is not on specific prices or timetables, but rather challenges holders to view their XRP positions as a true financial decision, with structured exit or management strategies attached.
Feedback from the XRP community
This post triggered diverse responses from XRP holders. BankXRP, a well-known figure in the community, admitted that he planned to sell 2% if XRP reached a specific goal where he could speak out without laughing, saying it was just a "post-it note" and not a formal plan. Another user admitted to having personal goals and numbers in mind, but also said that only if prices actually rise would those thoughts feel real enough to take action.
Some users pointed out that the same conversation is repeated every cycle. He mentioned that XRP was above $3 in 2018, but it has not yet matched that level, and some holders are still waiting for a recovery that has not yet arrived. Another user simply said: "I hold and hope so."
Why preparation is important
Clover's post solves a straightforward problem: Volatility rewards those who have decided what they should do. Holders who don't start thinking about plans until price targets are met are often driven by emotions rather than strategy.
Recent data shows that whale users on Coinbase have placed sell orders at $33, indicating that whales are ready for the moment when XRP hits that level. Whether ordinary holders are really prepared for large price movements, however, is a completely different question, and Clover believes it deserves a serious answer before the time comes.
