Cathie Wood（凯茜·伍德）旗下的方舟投资（Ark Invest）于周一抛售了价值超过6500万美元的加密货币相关股票。此次减持涉及Coinbase、Circle及其他三只标的，时间点选在参议院就今年加密行业最大规模立法推动进行投票的前数小时。
ARKB单一基金减持额逾4000万美元
方舟投资以约700万美元的价格出售了36,628股Coinbase（COIN）股票。当时该股收盘上涨9.24%，报191.45美元。同时，通过两只基金，方舟投资以约1380万美元的价格出售了142,350股Circle（CRCL）股票，该股票当日上涨7.53%，报97.42美元。
尽管ARK 21Shares比特币ETF（ARKB）当日涨幅达2.22%，至26.19美元，方舟投资仍以其约4000万美元的价值出售了1,528,953股该ETF份额。此外，公司还以约396万美元的价格出售了153,881股Bitmine（BMNR）股票，以及以687,693美元的价格出售了18,280股Bullish（BLSH）股票。当日总交易股数约为188万股。

As early as July, there were reports that Ark Investment had bought Circle stocks, which had lagging performance, and reduced its holdings of strong Robinhood stocks. Through its exchange-traded funds (ETFs), Ark Investment remains one of the largest institutional investors in crypto stocks. Due to its large positions in Coinbase and Circle, this cut appears to be a relatively small proportion of the overall position.
Market forecast probability drops, legislative outlook doubts
Crypto stocks rebounded as Congress reconvenes after its August recess and traders are hopeful that the Digital Asset Market Structure Clarity Act may pass the Senate this month. On Monday, Republican senators released a final draft of the bill, which includes changes to the ethics clause previously requested by Democrats and which Donald Trump has approved.
However, Polymarket data showed that the probability of the bill becoming law rose to 34.5% in early Monday morning, but had dropped to 16.5% by Tuesday afternoon. The bill is scheduled for a cloture vote at 2:15 p.m. EST on Tuesday. For the bill to move to the next step of the process, 60 votes are needed, which is higher than the number required for a simple majority.
