Out of six of the seven trading days between September 8 and September 16, funds were outflows, with a total outflow of approximately US$1.05 billion. As of September 16, total net assets of ETFs fell to approximately $95.19 billion, down from $100.09 billion on September 14. This decline reflects the impact of capital outflows and changes in Bitcoin prices.
Key price concerns
Instant support for Bitcoin is around US$75,000, with resistance between US$77,000 and US$78,000. Only by breaking through this range can the short-term trend improve. If it breaks below $75,000, the next support range ranges from $71,500 to $73,600, with $70,000 marking greater structural support. In the upward direction,$81,600 is the main resistance target.

Momentum indicators show mixed signals. The MACD histogram remains below the zero axis, indicating sellers are dominant; the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is close to neutral rather than oversold.
Cooper Duschang, a research analyst at Talos, said the price response suggests that the cryptocurrency market has largely expected the Fed's decision. He pointed out that despite the stock market decline, Bitcoin prices remained broadly at pre-announcement levels.
