Ripple XRP continues to attract the attention of institutional investors. The token price encountered resistance at US$1.50 after climbing to US$1.55 last week. As of noon Wednesday, CoinGecko data showed XRP trading at $1.42.

ETF inflows boost market momentum

While XRP prices soared, XRP-based exchange-traded funds (ETFs) also experienced significant inflows, attracting millions of dollars in funds for six consecutive trading days. This wave of inflows pushed the total net assets of the XRP ETF to US$1.46 billion, approaching the all-time high of US$1.56 billion set on January 14, 2026.

Institutional investors such as Bitwise and Franklin Templeton played a major role in these flows, with their ETFs recording net inflows of $7.48 million and $4.34 million, respectively, on the most recent trading day.

XRP ETF products have attracted millions of dollars in capital inflows for several consecutive days. As institutional interest heats up, total net assets have climbed to US$1.46 billion.

In addition to ETF activity, transaction volume on the XRP ledger achieved a staggering 654% growth. Blockchain analysis firm CryptoQuant pointed out that the surge in participation on the chain has been accompanied by large-scale asset transfers by cryptocurrency whales.

In the past 30 days, whales have transferred 1.451 billion XRPs to Binance, the world's most traded cryptocurrency exchange. CryptoQuant said these transfers do not automatically imply selling pressure and may reflect position adjustments, portfolio rebalancing or preparation for future transactions.

Technology Outlook and Price Targets

Technical analyst Archie stressed that there is an important support range for XRP between $1.30 and $2.20. The market has recently touched the lower edge of this range. Archie said the market structure remains intact and identified $2 as the next key target, suggesting that bulls are regaining momentum.

Technical analysis defines the $1.30 to $2.20 range as a key area, with the next major move target for XRP pointing to the $2 mark.

XRP's trading price is above the SuperTrend indicator's US$1.31 threshold, and its trading volume has simultaneously expanded significantly, echoing the increase in XRP ledger activity. In the 24 hours after the surge in activity, the ledger processed $3.8 billion in transactions.

Market observers point to the importance of the US$1.50 level as a confirmation point. If we continue to stand firm above the region, it may pave the way for a renewed challenge to US$2 while trading volumes remain strong and institutional interest continues.

The bullish tone of XRP's technical aspects and on-chain signals coincides with the market correction stage, and traders are closely watching whether the US$1.50 support level can be held and may catalyze further gains.
