Key signals for Bitcoin's potential upward trend
CryptoQuant analyst Crypto Dan pointed out that Bitcoin is showing signs of a potential upward trend. He cited historical recovery patterns and improvements in market supply profitability as evidence.
Currently, Bitcoin's profitable supply accounts for 69.15%, while loss-making positions account for 30.81%, and the difference between these two indicators is widening. Bitcoin is currently trading at US$83,418.88, above its realized price of US$53,823.88, a data that distinguishes the current market correction from major downturns in history.
Supply profitability signals imply potential gains
According to Crypto Dan's analysis, Bitcoin's market structure is similar to a historical recovery model, in which the proportion of profitable supply gradually exceeds loss-making positions, and the chart shows that Bitcoin is trading at US$83,418.88, while the realized price is US$53,823.88.
According to Crypto Dan, the current profitable supply of Bitcoin accounts for 69.15%, while the loss supply accounts for 30.81%. This difference reflects an improvement in holder profitability. These two indicators had previously tended to converge during market adjustments, but now their separation suggests that market conditions are improving.
Historically, a similar pattern of convergence has often occurred near the bottom of major Bitcoin markets, especially during the transition from price declines to sustained recovery. During the downturn of 2022-2023, both indicators were close to the 50% threshold, and then diverged as Bitcoin began to recover.
The latest chart highlights a similar trend during 2026, when profit and loss supplies were close to similar levels before separating again. As a result, the profit ratio has climbed to nearly 70%, while the loss ratio has dropped to nearly 30%, reinforcing analysts 'optimistic expectations. Crypto Dan believes that this widening gap is evidence that Bitcoin has almost completed its shift into upward market trends.
Bitcoin remains above its realized price during market corrections
Another noteworthy development involves the realized price of Bitcoin, which represents the average acquisition cost based on previous movements of the coin. Major declines in the past have pushed bitcoin prices below this indicator, reflecting widespread unrealized losses before cryptocurrencies entered a subsequent recovery phase.
In contrast, the recent correction was relatively mild, with Bitcoin remaining above the realized price throughout the decline. The chart data shows that the realized price of $53,823.88 is well below Bitcoin's market value of $83,418.88, highlighting the difference between these two indicators. Crypto Dan points out this distinction and emphasizes that the broader earnings structure supports the idea of an emerging market recovery.
Conclusion
Bitcoin's improving supply profitability and its continued performance above realized prices support Crypto Dan's assessment of potential trend reversals. Although the depth of this Bitcoin correction is different from previous ones, analysts 'findings highlight its similarities to previous market recovery models.
