AVAX One Technology, the crypto finance company that holds Avalanche (AVAX), announced on Thursday that it has re-complied with the Nasdaq minimum bid price requirement, resolving a listing issue that attracted the company\'s attention before last month\'s reverse stock split.
The West Palm Beach, Fla. -based company said Nasdaq confirmed that it complied with Rule 5550(a)(2) of the Listing Rules, which requires the closing bid price of shares to remain at or above $1.00 per share. Nasdaq found that AVAX One\'s stock closed above that threshold for 10 consecutive trading days from June 15 to June 29, meeting the requirement, and the matter was settled.
AVAX One conducted a 1-to-12 reverse stock split on June 15 to meet compliance requirements and reduce its stock supply from more than 92.3 million shares to less than 7.7 million shares.
Pete Wylie, interim CEO of AVAX One, said in a statement: \"We are pleased to return to compliance with Nasdaq\'s minimum bid price requirements and thank shareholders for their trust in us throughout the process. As this matter comes to an end, we will be fully focused on implementing growth and profit plans and are comprehensively advancing our work.\"
Wylie moved from chief operating officer to interim CEO last week after the departure of former CEO Jolie Kahn. The board is looking for a permanent CEO to take over the position.
AVAX One said its business revolves around three main lines: Avalanche digital asset finance library, Bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence infrastructure. The company holds approximately 14 million AVAX tokens (worth nearly $95 million), pledged at a net yield of approximately 6%, and operates bitcoin mining operations that generate cash flow in Alberta and Ohio, Canada.
The company also said it is exploring artificial intelligence infrastructure projects, focusing on a niche known as the \"missing middle zone\"-sites in the 5 to 50 megawatt range that are designed to serve corporate reasoning, edge computing and regulated industries that cannot be met by large and hyperscale data centers.
AVAX One is one of a large number of crypto finance companies emerging in 2025, imitating the original Bitcoin finance company Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy). However, since cryptocurrency prices fell last fall, many of these companies \'investments have lost significantly or have market capitalizations below their crypto asset holdings.
The market value of the Avalanche-focused company is approximately US$40.5 million, well below the value of its crypto assets. Avax One (AVX) shares closed the day up about 3.6% at $5.43, but have fallen 70% since the start of the year.
The recent trading price of AVAX, the native token of the Avalanche network, was US$6.71, up more than 4% on the day, but has fallen by 50% since the beginning of 2026, down 95% from the historical peak of nearly US$145 in 2021.
