FIL Filecoin Ecosystem Building: A complete RWA architecture that connects Avax tokens to property documents
Developers within the Filecoin ecosystem have built a system to connect real estate tokens on @Avax with their corresponding ownership deeds stored on Filecoin. This may constitute one of the most complete real-world asset (RWA) tokenization architectures to date.
How the system works
The core issues solved by this project are very straightforward. Tokens can prove on the chain that "you own the house", but the actual title deeds, evaluation reports and other documents still need to be stored elsewhere. If these files are stored only in a standard database, the blockchain can prove who owns the token, but cannot prove that the files have not been tampered with, lost, or deleted.
The combination of Filecoin and Avalanche directly solves this pain point. The reference architecture shows how RWA publishers leverage Avalanche, IPFS, and Filecoin to connect on-chain assets with durable and content-based addressable source records. Tokenized assets rely on deeds, certifications, evaluation reports, and disclosure documents that are not stored on-chain, and this model allows applications to reference these records while anyone can verify that the data has not been changed and is still stored properly.
Avalanche holds the list of IPFS CIDs, Filecoin fragment CIDs, and dataset IDs, with immutable version history. The verification process starts with the Avalanche pointer, then compares the obtained list with the CID, and then retrieves and inspects each record one by one. The system stores data with proof of storage on Filecoin and anchors it on the chain.

对Avalanche RWA战略的意义

该架构是否会被大规模采用仍是一个开放性问题。但作为一项概念验证，它是将链上代币与现实世界法律文件链接的技术上最为连贯的方案之一。
