ETH Bitget遭黑客攻击事件：行业合力封堵资金出口，争议围绕“无许可”定义展开
涉嫌参与9月24日Bitget平台黑客攻击、盗取约3.88亿美元的朝鲜背景攻击者，正面临日益严峻的阻碍。随着加密货币行业持续努力封堵资金退出通道，攻击者的洗钱路径变得愈发狭窄。
截至9月29日，跨链兑换服务NEAR Intents和Chainflip已加入Tether和Circle的行列，成为拒绝处理或冻结与此次黑客攻击相关资金的协议之一。
NEAR Intents与Chainflip拦截超5000万美元赃款
NEAR Intents总经理Alex Shevchenko表示，Bitget的攻击者曾试图通过该协议转移超过5000万美元的资金，但几乎未能成功。Shevchenko估算，仅有约16.6万美元通过平台完成交易，另有50.3万美元在兑换过程中被冻结，其余资金则被直接拒绝。
不过，据Shevchenko透露，那些被拒绝的资金并未消失，“而是流向了其他服务提供商。”
NEAR Intents是一个允许用户在区块链之间交易资产的协议，其日均跨链交易量超过1亿美元。Shevchenko将拦截成功的功劳归功于SHIELD系统。他称，这是一个风险情报层，能够从“了解你的交易”（KYT）供应商、研究人员以及大型中心化参与者那里获取信号，从而决定是忽略报价还是中止正在进行的兑换操作。
区块链追踪公司MistTrack也报道了Chainflip拒绝并退还来自Bitget攻击者资金的消息。
THORChain放行Bitget黑客资金引发关注
与上述机构不同，THORChain并未拒绝处理Bitget黑客攻击相关的资金，这使其拒绝了Bitget首席执行官Gracy Chen的公开请求，正如Cryptopolitan此前所报道的那样。
THORChain回应称，其拥有的唯一真正杠杆是紧急网络暂停机制，该机制旨在保护整个协议，而“并非针对特定资金或单个兑换行为的选择性冻结”。
CoinDesk在9月28日对THORChain公共记录的审查发现，约有2,390枚ETH被兑换为75.2枚BTC。这些价值约630万美元的交易涉及约27次兑换，最终全部集中到一个地址中。
值得注意的是，Bybit黑客在2025年也曾使用过相同的路径，此举曾在五天内推动THORChain的交易量突破30亿美元大关。
“无许可”是否意味着DeFi中的不干预？
NEAR Intents发布的不处理被标记为Bitget黑客攻击资金的帖子，并未在所有领域获得一致支持，反而引发了关于“无许可、开放且不可审查”这一标签真实含义的激烈辩论。
On September 28, Ramp Labs technical writer Vini Barbosa refuted this. In a comment to Shevchenko, he pointed out: "'Permissionless 'does not mean' neutral', which is the core concept of building a permissionless system."
Shevchenko rejected this premise in his reply, writing: "But 'no permission' does not mean 'neutral'. The people building these systems must make choices and decide what the protocol allows. Refusing to assist in the laundering of stolen assets is one of our options."
He elaborated from a property rights perspective, arguing that if a system gives thieves the right to "unfettered cash" stolen assets,"then it is a system that protects thieves."
NEAR Intentions also announced that it will waive the 5% freezing fee and 5% recovery bounty provided by Bitget so that more funds can be returned to the exchange, while frozen funds will remain locked until the legal process is completed.
However, Shevchenko did not make it clear who had the authority to authorize the release of the funds and how the wrongly marked users could recover the funds.
Bitget's current response
Bitget disclosed the security breach on September 24, and subsequently increased the loss from the original US$351.6 million after taking into account Zcash and TRON transfers. Chen said the attacker used third-party security products to obtain internal credentials rather than steal private keys, and Mandiant and SlowMist are currently assisting in the investigation.
Tether和Circle已冻结与涉案钱包关联的大约31.8万美元的USDC和USDT。交易所正在分阶段恢复提币服务，并启动追回赏金计划。
