Ondo Finance 正式推出了名为“Ondo Private Markets”的新产品。该产品旨在为符合条件的投资者提供代币化的投资敞口，使其能够在私有公司上市前，直接参与其经济表现的收益。
首批市场产品挂钩一家拟上市的 AI 公司，预计将于本周开始二级市场交易。未来，该产品的覆盖范围还将扩展至机器人、网络安全、生物技术和基础设施等领域的其他公司。
破解私有市场的准入与流动性难题
私有公司是指尚未在公开证券交易所挂牌上市的企业。这意味着普通投资者通常无法购买或出售这些公司的股权份额。尽管这些公司往往处于增长最快的阶段，但等到它们完成首次公开募股（IPO）时，大部分价值创造可能已经完成。
被大多数投资者排除在外的市场规模令人瞩目。据 Apollo Academy 数据显示，美国年营收超过 1 亿美元的上市公司中，约有 87% 仍为私有企业。此外，根据 Cambridge Associates 的数据，截至 2025 年 12 月的过去 20 年间，美国私募股权基金的年化净回报率为 13.2%，高于标普 500 指数的 11.3%。
Ondo Private Markets 致力于解决长期困扰私有市场的两大痛点：
- 准入限制： Traditionally, high minimum investment thresholds have shut out the vast majority of non-large institutional investors.
- Lack of liquidity: Even if investors successfully enter the market, there is often no practical exit mechanism in the years before the IPO.
This product solves both problems by converting each investment exposure into tokens that can be traded from day one. Every qualified investor can buy, sell, hold, or deposit these notes in a self-managed wallet 24/7 in the secondary market.
Operating mechanism: Tokenized notes linked to liquidity events
Each Ondo Private Markets token is essentially a tokenized note with a return on payment that is pegged to the value per share of the reference company's common stock at the time of a specific liquidity event (typically an IPO, acquisition, or secondary sale).
Relying on institutional infrastructure to continue the pace of innovation
Ondo Private Markets is built on the same institutional infrastructure as the company's existing products. Currently, Ondo is a leader in tokenized U.S. Treasury bonds, with a large number of assets managed through its platform. The company has locked up billions of dollars in total value on the platform, and has listed more than 450 tokenized stocks and ETFs through "Ondo Stocks", whose own total locked up value (TVL) has exceeded the $1 billion mark.
Ondo's institutional partners include BlackRock, Franklin Templeton, JPMorgan's Kinexys and DTCC's Fund/SERV. The release follows a series of rapid product expansion moves. In September alone, Ondo launched a tokenized portfolio backed by BlackRock, added spot trading on Ondo Perps, became the first tokenized company to join DTCC Fund/SERV, and signed a letter of intent to explore market distribution in Australia.
In the latest layer of expansion,"Private Markets" extend the same tokenization approach from public stocks and U.S. Treasuries to companies that are not yet listed, further enriching investors 'options.
