Chainlink (LINK) Market Overview

Currently, Chainlink (LINK) is trading at US$11.57, down 1.36% in the past 24 hours. The token has a intraday trading range of $11.46 to $11.80, a market value of approximately $8.65 billion, and a total 24-hour trading volume of $307.47 million.

As a representative token of the decentralized oracle network, LINK has achieved an impressive 35% increase in the past month, attracting the attention of a large number of retail investors and institutional capital. Whales take advantage of low levels to absorb: obvious signs of large capital layout

Market analyst Ali Charts pointed out on Platform X that major holders took advantage of the recent market weakness to conduct bargain hunting operations. After the price fell back from $13.68 to $11.29 (a drop of approximately 17%), large wallet addresses purchased approximately 10.66 million LINK tokens in 96 hours, with a total value of approximately $120 million.

According to Ali Charts 'analysis, this pattern of large-scale accumulation after major price corrections often indicates that major players are building positions for potential uptrends.

ETF inflows regain vitality

Chainlink-focused exchange-traded fund (ETF) products received positive inflows in early September. Bitwise's CLNK and Grayscale's GLNK recorded net inflows of $1.09 million and $4.27 million on September 9 and September 10, respectively. On September 11, both funds reported neutral activity with zero net inflows.

Currently, the cumulative lifetime capital inflow of these two ETF products has reached US$151.76 million. The total assets managed by the two currently amount to US$181.83 million, accounting for approximately 2.10% of Chainlink's total market value. Among them, Grayscale's GLNK dominates with assets under management of $135.88 million, while Bitwise's CLNK has assets under management of $45.95 million.

Analysis of key technology areas

From a technical analysis perspective, US$11.46 is a recently verified key support area. Immediate resistance is between $11.57 and $11.60, with additional pressure above at $11.80.

The MACD histogram shows a weak positive value of 0.011, indicating that bearish momentum may be weakening. At the same time, the RSI indicator read 38.65, above the oversold zone, but has not yet reflected strong bullish pressure.

If the four-hour K-line closing price can firmly stand above US$12, this will be a preliminary confirmation signal from the bulls. This development could re-establish upward momentum towards the highs of the $13.30 band. Once that level is cleared, the target will point to $14, followed by a target price of $15-which means about 29% room for upside based on current prices.

LINK/BTC Trend and Fund Flows

Analyst Moe pointed out that the LINK/BTC chart shows that the trading pair is consolidating within a long-term downward pattern. The trading pair is currently trading near a demand area, which could be a potential reversal point, but there has yet to be a confirmation breakthrough.

The Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) indicator shows a value of-0.39, reflecting that recent sales volume is greater than purchases volume. To improve short-term momentum, LINK must regain two key levels of $11.55 and $11.60.
