BTC The Bitcoin wallet, which had been dormant for 13 years, suddenly woke up, with a position value of approximately US$115 million.
Two Bitcoin (BTC) wallets that had been dormant for about 13 years suddenly resumed activity, transferring a small amount of Bitcoin from the position value of approximately US$115 million. According to blockchain analytics platform Lookonchain, these wallets transferred 0.0005 BTC as a test transaction after years of inactivity, which was worth about $43 at the time. Although the transfer amount was relatively insignificant, the two addresses held a total of 1,346 bitcoins, so the move attracted widespread attention.
It is worth noting that these wallets purchased Bitcoin at an average price of US$178 about 13 years ago, at a total cost of approximately US$240,000. At current valuations, the return on this investment is approximately 479 times the original investment.
Early bitcoin wallet activity rebounds
This wake-up event is another example of the recent arrival of a batch of early bitcoin wallets starting to move the coins they accumulated when the price of cryptocurrency was only a few dollars. Last week, Galaxy Research tweeted that another early Bitcoin wallet that had been dormant for nearly 15 years had moved 20.43 bitcoins worth approximately $1.7 million.
In addition, on September 5, a total of 600 bitcoins were moved in twelve wallets each containing 50 bitcoins. According to reports, the coins were obtained as mining rewards in March 2010 and remained untouched for more than 16 years.

现货市场活动改善，但需加速才能创新高
与此同时，同一家公司的分析师Darkfost指出了现货市场活动的改善迹象。9月份Binance的交易量超过500亿美元，而7月份为420亿美元。Bybit记录的交易量为190亿美元，高于140亿美元；Kraken的成交量也从40亿美元上升至80亿美元。Darkfost认为，比特币要达到新高，现货成交量和需求需要进一步加速。
