As of 12:00 am Korean time on September 7, the trading price of Bitcoin (BTC) on the Upbit exchange in South Korea was 108.54 million won, down 0.42% from the previous trading day. On the global exchange Binance, the price of BTC is 107.3 million won, with a price difference of 1.24 million won between the two, and the "kimchi premium" reaches 1.15%.
Mainstream altcoins all present a positive premium
As the leading altcoin, Ethereum (ETH)'s "kimchi premium" is 1.17%. Other major altcoins are also generally traded at a premium, with Solana (SOL) at a premium of 1.19%, XRP at a premium of 1.17%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at a premium of 1.38%, and Sui (SUI) at a premium of 1.26%. Currently, the "kimchi premium" of most mainstream altcoins is concentrated in the range of 1.1% to 1.3%.
