TRX 哈马斯军事分支引导捐赠者避开币安
根据美国司法部近期资产扣押文件中披露的联邦调查局（FBI）宣誓书，哈马斯的军事翼“卡桑旅”明确指示潜在的加密货币捐赠者在汇款时避免使用币安（Binance）平台。
此次调查始于线人发现一条Telegram消息，该消息指导支持者联系卡桑旅的电子邮件地址以获取捐款说明。2025年2月，这些线人向该地址发送了邮件，并收到了一封阿拉伯语回复，其中包含了一个用于通过波场（Tron）区块链转账USDT的新钱包地址。
这份出现在司法部资产扣押令中的完整信件建议捐赠者使用TRC-20网络上的Tether USDT稳定币。信中告知捐赠者，“最好不要使用‘BINANCE’平台进行支持资金的转移”，并推荐了Trust Wallet、RedotPay、OKX、Kast和Bybit作为替代方案。
该军事组织补充称，币安“仅可用于购买货币，然后使用其他应用程序完成转账流程。”
此外，指令还要求捐赠者不要向货币兑换商透露最终收款人的身份，并使用虚构的收件人详情。
币安冻结账户；其他平台做出回应
宣誓书清楚地解释了为何币安被单独点名：交易所的客户身份识别（KYC）检查被视为一种障碍。
Court documents confirm that assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, packaged Ethereum, Tether and Wave Field were involved in 18 addresses controlled by Tether and three Binance accounts allegedly linked to the financing of foreign terrorist organizations.
According to the original documents, Binan froze the withdrawal function of three accounts related to the network in April 2025. Binance refuted the matter, viewing it as evidence that its compliance program was effective.
Noah Perlman, chief compliance officer of Binance, said: "When terrorist groups tell people to avoid Binance, it shows that our controls are working. Binance is not a safe place for illegal actors. We invest heavily in sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and investigations, and work closely with law enforcement."
OKX stated that the wallet address cited in the February 2025 communication was not related to OKX and had been marked by its internal control system as associated with illegal activity, which means that any transfer attempts would be blocked.
Kast said it has a dedicated financial crimes compliance function of more than 50 employees in a broader compliance organization, and all customers are required to be authenticated and screened before accessing its services.
Bybit declined to comment, and RedotPay did not respond to a request for comment.
Outcome of extensive action
This extensive Justice Department action ultimately confiscated approximately $560,000 in cryptocurrency donations intended to flow to Hamas and disrupted its fundraising and recruitment platforms.
