ETH 币安推出ETF财富管理产品，直连传统金融资产
作为全球交易量最大的加密货币交易所，币安（Binance）在其“币安赚”（Binance Earn）平台正式推出了ETF财富管理产品。该服务允许用户访问11只在美国上市的交易所交易基金（ETF），这些基金主要持有短期国债和投资级债券。币安于9月15日宣布了这一产品，将其描述为进入传统资产配置的一站式通道。
与竞争对手推出的代币化基金不同，币安销售的是实际的ETF份额。订单通过持牌的美国经纪交易商执行并持有，而非基于区块链技术。这一举措标志着币安在合规与传统金融融合方面的重大进展。
真实份额，非代币化版本
这11只基金被分为三类：现金管理、稳健收益和收益增强，旨在满足从六个月以内到一年以上的不同投资期限需求。通过界面购买的用户将直接获得底层ETF的实际份额，这意味着他们保留了所有权带来的经济利益，包括价格波动收益和任何现金分红。
Binance acts as a "storefront" in this process, while orders are routed from Nest Trading to Alpaca Securities, a regulated broker-dealer. Alpaca is responsible for executing transactions and holding those securities in traditional securities accounts. Retaining assets within the existing, regulated brokerage framework is a decisive difference between previous tokenization fund experiments and this innovation, and also provides retail users with a structure more familiar with traditional investments.
A broader strategy that goes deep into the traditional financial sector
This release continues the strategy Binance has been building for months, aiming to rebuild market trust after intense regulatory review. Recently, Binance has opened API access to U.S. listed stocks and ETFs, and is committed to providing a wider range of service toolkits to the crypto market and traditional financial providers. Currently, Binance has launched more than 7,000 stocks and ETFs, and earlier this month added physical delivery options for more than 1,000 of them.
This wealth management level superimposes structured savings products on top of this trading infrastructure, allowing Binance to compete more directly with online brokerages and smart investment platforms.
