Norwalk, Connecticut, October 5, 2026 -- Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE code: BMNR, hereinafter referred to as "Bitmine" or "Company"), a Bitcoin and Ethereum network company focusing on long-term accumulation of cryptoassets, today announced that its total value of cryptocurrency, cash and securities, and "Moonshots" holdings reached US$17.4 billion.

As of 6:30 pm Eastern Time on October 4, 2026, the company's crypto asset positions include: 6,016,414 ETH (quoted at $2,726 per share at Coinbase), 214 bitcoins (BTC),$180 million worth of Beast Industries equity,$117 million worth of Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS)(the "Moonshots" section) and $643 million in cash and marketable securities. Bitmine holds 4.9% of the total ETH supply (122.1 million units).

Management Views and Market Performance

Thomas "Tom" Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, said: "We believe that as the crypto market enters what we view as a bull cycle, it is worth noting that Bitmine's share price outperformed ETH in the bear market of 2025-2026.
