Following土星协议推出 sUSDat V2 版本，深度整合 Ondo
去中心化私人信贷协议 Saturn（@saturn_credit）通过与 Ondo Finance（@OndoFinance）的新整合，将其旗舰产品升级至 sUSDat V2。此次升级引入了全天候流动性、实时链上定价机制，并提升了机构债务池的可组合性，取代了团队所称的低效传统清算流程。
此次升级的核心在于运行在 Ondo 网络上的 STRCon 执行模型。STRCon 是 Strategy 旗下 STRC 优先股的代币化版本，为底层资产提供了基于区块链的经济敞口。通过路由至 STRCon 而非直接持有 STRC，Saturn 将所有的资产互换路径移至链上，实现了实时可验证性。这意味着 Saturn 不再需要运营自身的经纪和托管设置，而是由 Ondo 负责处理这一层级。
更快的结算速度与更广泛的 DeFi 兼容性
此次升级对结算速度的影响显著。sUSDat 底层资产 USDat 的赎回时间从当前的 T+7 缩短至 T+1，以链上估值模型取代了多日的等待期。这使得结构化信贷工具能够直接与更广泛的 DeFi 协议兼容。
USDat 是一种挂钩美元的资产，由代币化的美国国债支持。用户可以将 USDat 质押以获取 sUSDat，其储备与 STRC 挂钩，随着优先股分红的累积，其价值随之增长。V2 架构在保留这种双代币结构的同时，增加了链上结算所带来的速度与透明度。
This cooperation also involves strategic investment at the financial level. Ondo made a strategic investment in Saturn, but specific financial details were not disclosed. Previously, Saturn reported that in the six weeks of its early release, USDat and sUSDat total deposits had exceeded US$220 million, reflecting strong market demand for on-chain access to capture STRC earnings characteristics.
In terms of infrastructure, Ondo Finance built the Ondo Network, an execution environment built specifically for modern financial markets. It provides the rapid processing and confidentiality associated with traditional centralized platforms while retaining blockchain-style verifiability. Currently, relevant products are only open to eligible participants outside the United States and the European Economic Area (EEA), with benefits described as variable and no guaranteed fixed return.
