BNB 哈萨克斯坦再度拉近与加密货币的距离

10月7日，Tether、哈萨克斯坦国家银行与阿拉套市政府三方签署了合作协议。这三大合作伙伴致力于研究多种国际稳定的稳定币发行模式，明确潜在应用场景，并准备一份基于坚戈的加密货币试点方案。因此，Tether 并非立即成为新发行的哈萨克斯坦数字货币的发行方，工作将从顶层设计阶段开始。
Kazakhstan already has certain experience in this field. In September 2025, the National Bank of Kazakhstan launched the Evo stablecoin (KZTE) on the Solana blockchain. The project was developed under its regulatory framework with Eurasian Bank, Mastercard and Intebix.
This new cooperation with Tether takes a more far-reaching step. In addition to work on reserve management, transaction transparency and investor protection, the two sides also aim to determine how to integrate stablecoins into local financial infrastructure. This shows that Kazakhstan is accumulating experience, not only at the bitcoin or exchange level, but also extending to the digital application of its own legal currency.
Using the Hadron platform to tokenize real assets
stablecoins are only part of the agreement. Tether and National Bank also hope to build a framework for the tokenization of real assets. Before creating a model and launching a pilot crypto project in the special jurisdiction of Alatau, several specific asset classes need to be identified.
Tether's Hadron platform may be used for this purpose. Hadron allows the creation and management of various types of tokenized assets. Tether has positioned Hadron beyond its traditional USDT-centered business to include application scenarios for bonds, commodities, funds and other financial assets.
This diversification is in line with the discussion trend of the financial industry broker. In August this year, Tether disputed the Bank for International Settlements (BIS)'s views on stablecoins and tokenized deposits. Today, Kazakhstan hopes to experiment directly in this area of cryptographic infrastructure. In addition, it is planned to hold seminars and training courses for central bank experts and relevant public institutions, covering topics such as stablecoin issuance, reserve management, digital asset markets, and tokenization using distributed ledger technology.
Alatau City will be the experimental site for this experiment. The city has a special legal system designed to attract technology and financial companies to settle in.
Kazakhstan accelerates its encryption strategy
This new alliance is not an isolated event. For many years, Kazakhstan has been carrying out multiple projects around digital assets. After occupying an important position in Bitcoin mining, the country is now committed to stablecoins, regulated infrastructure and public investment in the crypto space.
In 2025, the government has established the Alem Crypto Fund with the initial investment target of BNB. The National Bank has adopted a similar strategy here: experimenting in a controlled environment before possible large-scale deployments.
Binur Zhhalenov, deputy president of the agency, highlighted three top priorities: financial stability, transaction transparency and investor protection. Tether brings its professional experience in stablecoins and tokenization.
