FollowingSecuritize launches Solana-based tokenized U.S. stocks service
On October 8, Securitize announced the launch of the "Securitize Stocks" service, which provides qualified investors with safe equity certificates tied 1:1 to 12 U.S. stocks. These tokens are settled in USDC and are designed to pass on applicable dividends and voting rights, but unless holders convert their interests into formal registrations, they will not become registered shareholders.
The first stock targets to be launched
According to Securitize's announcement, the first stocks to be included in the service include Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SpaceX, Strategy and Palantir.
This release means that these financial instruments have been deployed directly on the Solana blockchain since their inception, rather than just as stand-alone cryptocurrency tokens linked to stock prices. Securitize describes these products as security equity certificates fully backed 1:1 by assets and uses USDC for settlement.
The difference between secure equity certificates and shareholder identity
This structure clarifies the difference between "equity certificates" and "direct ownership": by default, the token holder is not a registered shareholder of the company, and the equity certificates must be converted into formal registration to enjoy full shareholder identity.

PropAMM 流动性与交易时间
据 The Block 报道，Securitize 的 Solana PropAMM 是初始交易场所，Jump Trading 将在延长交易时段内提供做市流动性。目前，Securitize 计划逐步实现全天候（24/7）可用性，但现阶段公布的模式仅为延长交易时段交易，而非全天候访问。
未来交易平台扩展计划
Securitize 还表示，预计这些代币化股票将通过纽约证券交易所（NYSE）和 OKXICE 运营的计划中数字平台进行交易。不过，CoinDesk 指出，这一分销渠道尚未确定，仍需满足监管和运营要求。
