ETH Abstract Layer-2 网络宣布关停：消费者加密模式难以为继
由“Pudgy Penguins”母公司 Igloo Inc. 打造的以太坊 Layer-2（L2）网络 Abstract，因难以在消费者加密细分领域之外实现规模化扩张，正式宣布将于12月15日停止运营。
Igloo 团队在社交平台 X 上发布声明称，用户必须在此日期之前通过 Abstract 的迁移中心（Migration Hub）或原生桥接通道将资产转移出网络。值得注意的是，使用原生桥接通道存在三小时的延迟限制。团队警告称，逾期未转移的资金将无法访问。此外，Abstract 的工程团队还将协助基于该网络构建的项目迁移至其他链。
增长停滞的多重因素
Abstract 方面表示，其增长受阻的原因主要包括去中心化金融（DeFi）生态系统有限、链上流动性不足、与机构用户的联动较少，以及相较于竞争对手预算较为紧张。“事实证明，专注于消费者加密领域的独立运营模式最终是不可持续的。”团队在声明中写道。
辉煌的历史数据
Despite its imminent shutdown, Abstract has achieved significant results during its existence. According to its own statistics, the network processes more than 325 million transactions, transactions more than $6 billion on decentralized exchanges (DEX), and generates more than $40 million in revenue for the ecosystem. Users have created more than 4 million Abstract Global Wallets, and well-known brands such as Red Bull Racing and Disney have also used the network to reach audiences.
Abstract uses ZK-rollover (zero-knowledge proof rolling layer) technology, a Layer-2 network that packages and verifies transactions on Ethereum through zero-knowledge proof-a form of cryptographic receipt. Igloo once positioned it as a "consumer encryption" app home for ordinary users, aiming to replicate the mainstream influence Puggy Penguins has gained through toys and social media.
Industry background and safety warnings
Abstract is not the first Ethereum Layer-2 project to announce the closure. A few days ago, Paradigm-backed Blast network, which had previously attracted billions of dollars in deposits, also announced the closure of operating costs over revenue.
In view of this shutdown, the Abstract team also specifically reminded users to be wary of impostors, fake migration websites, and direct messages claiming to represent projects to prevent fraud.
