NEAR NEAR Intents 追回 380 万美元：一场惊心动魄的 48 小时危机化解

漏洞利用过程及服务暂停原因
此次漏洞利用源于 NEAR Intents 的 Omnideposit（综合存款）和提款基础设施与智能合约之间的一个缺陷。调查人员确认该漏洞位于合约端，攻击者利用这一弱点针对 BNB Chain 上的 USDT 活动进行了操作。据 NEAR 联合创始人 Illia Polosukhin 表示，此次事件仅限于 BSC 网络上的 USDT。平台的安全系统 SHIELD 检测到异常行为后，立即触发了平台暂停机制。
This rapid response effectively curbed further losses. The development team acted quickly after discovering the problem, and the vulnerable contract received a patch fix in about an hour. Despite the extremely fast repair speed, multiple services still ran offline for nearly 12 hours. The team needed extra time to complete more extensive security inspections and deploy more protective measures. During this period, multiple networks including BNB Chain, Polygon, TON, Optimism, Avalanche, Stellar, Monad, Scroll and Plasma experienced temporary outages.
Throughout the incident, the NEAR Protocol confirmed that the main chain and native NEAR tokens were not affected. The platform also guarantees users that all losses will be fully compensated, a promise that precedes the actual return of stolen funds.
Cross-chain tracing and full recovery
Blockchain investigators began tracking suspicious transactions shortly after the exploit occurred. Analysts linked unusual activity to the infrastructure of the HOT Bridge vault on BNB Chain. On-line investigator ZachXBT also pointed out that an abnormal outflow occurred from a wallet associated with NEAR Intention. Tracking data shows that stolen assets are transferred through KuCoin and eventually converted into Bitcoin through bridging technology.
Existing evidence does not indicate any intrusion into the underlying NEAR blockchain. With the intensification of recycling efforts, wallets that control assets began sending small amounts of ETH and BNB to a designated recycling address. Each transfer is accompanied by a request to contact the other party through the Signal app, indicating that the two parties may be communicating.
Subsequently, GM Alex Shevchenko announced three recycling addresses for Bitcoin, BNB Chain and Solana, and gave suspected attackers a 48-hour window to voluntarily return assets. This strategy seems to be working. As of October 2, the Bitcoin recycling address has received approximately 34.59 BTC. Soon after, the recall was completed at all three addresses. NEAR Intentions immediately confirmed that all US$3.8 million had been recovered.
