位于Solana网络的去中心化交易所Orca与同属该生态的借贷协议Loopscale宣布合并，组建一家名为Formation的新公司。新公司总部位于纽约，具体财务条款未予披露。
管理层任命
合并后，Loopscale联合创始人Luke Truitt出任首席执行官（CEO），其共同创始人Mary Gooneratne担任首席运营官（COO）。原Orca团队的Christopher Montagano则出任首席战略与法务官（CSLO）。
