Zcash development team proposes a transparent payment protection solution against quantum computing attacks.
Zcash's development team recently announced a plan to protect its transparent payments from artificial intelligence-driven cryptography and future quantum computer attacks. The plan was proposed by Zcash all-node builder Zakura.
On October 8, the Zakura team issued a statement on Platform X (formerly Twitter) saying: "We have developed a future-oriented transparent address (taddrs) solution that is resistant to quantum security, rotatable and uncorrelated. This goal can be achieved based on Zcash's existing architecture."
Engineer Roman Akhtariev further clarified the specific goal in his technology blog: to build a "completely post-quantum secure transparent fund pool using hash-based digital signature technology."
