BTC 单次交易可能毁掉比特币用户多年的隐私保护努力

KYC 与无 KYC 比特币混合使用的风险
Seth for Privacy 是数字隐私领域的知名意见领袖，他警告称，将经过“了解你的客户”（KYC）流程获得的比特币与匿名购买的（无 KYC）比特币混合使用，可能会立即暴露与之前处于私密状态的资产相关的个人身份。他解释说，钱包软件通常无法区分这两种类型的硬币，这可能导致用户的整个交易历史被无意中泄露。

他将这种风险归因于 UTXO（未花费交易输出）管理的核心问题，也就是所谓的“币控”（Coin Control）。如果用户不采取主动措施，不当处理未花费交易输出会使隐私保护 efforts 失效。比特币钱包并不存储一个单一的合并余额，而是存储一系列独立的 UTXOs。每个 UTXO 代表与特定交易挂钩的单个“硬币”。当支付金额超过单个 UTXO 的价值时，钱包通常会组合多个输出，从而可能将具有不同隐私背景的硬币混合在一起。这一过程使得用户极易无意中暴露其此前未关联的资产。

Seth 观察到，与全球南方的一些国家不同，西方国家的人们往往要在权利面临重大挑战时，才充分意识到隐私保护的必要性。然而，他指出整体意识正在提高，与五六年前的情况相比，现在有更多的人开始认真对待数字隐私问题。
This situation is changing over the past five or six years. More and more people-even in the West-are beginning to believe that privacy is truly important, and we need to think about this issue seriously from now on.
The role of Cake Wallet and progress in privacy technology
Cake Wallet is a self-hosted open source wallet that emphasizes user privacy. Earlier this year, the platform added support for the Bitcoin Lightning Network, aiming to provide a faster and more private transaction experience by providing a second-layer network on top of the Bitcoin blockchain.
In addition to Bitcoin services, Cake Wallet also supports other digital assets, including the privacy-conscious cryptocurrency Monero. Although Monero is known for its powerful privacy features, Seth for Privacy said he would prefer to promote widespread adoption of strong privacy protections within Bitcoin itself, making dedicated privacy coins less necessary in the future.
He said that having mainstream cryptocurrencies provide powerful privacy features is better than dedicated tools that are more secure but only target smaller audiences.
