SUI hit its highest monthly closing price since December 2025, and analysts expect a new all-time high to be around the corner.
Crypto market observers have noticed that the price trading ranges of Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) have been slightly lowered today. Specifically, BTC is currently trading in the US$85,000 range, and ETH is trading in the US$2,600 range, falling to the US$86,000 and US$2,700 range respectively compared to yesterday. At the same time, altcoins showed strong bullish momentum.
Taking SUI as an example, its price performance is particularly outstanding, setting the highest monthly closing price since December 2024 (Note: There is a time logic conflict here in the original text. According to the context and regular market cycles, it should be a 2024 or early high, and the concept of "new high" is retained here depending on the context). The current crypto market is showing strong signals that the peak of the much-awaited long-term bull market-the "Altseason"-may be approaching. Given that the market missed the peak of the altcoin season last year when BTC surged from US$69,000 to US$126,000, resulting in ETH experiencing only a disappointing increase from US$4,800 to US$4,900, expectations for a continuation of the altcoin season this year are growing.
During that period, a few altcoins did hit new all-time highs (ATH), but their gains were far less than Bitcoin's strong performance. Now, as we enter the last quarter of 2026, experts believe that the long wait may finally be over. At present, despite the recent slight correction in BTC and ETH, many promising altcoin assets have still achieved significant gains, and bullish sentiment remains solid.
Previously, BTC and ETH broke through multiple resistance levels at one time, marking the establishment of a new bull market cycle and rekindled market confidence when bearish sentiment was strong. Now, the same trend is expected to happen again, pushing more altcoin assets to recover higher prices and testing to break through current levels to move towards higher goals.
SUI trading volume hit a new high since November 2024, and a new historical high is inevitable.
Currently, analysts are waiting for BTC to regain its footing in the US$90,000 range, and even hope to see BTC prices return to six-digit highs. When BTC rises, ETH is expected to re-challenge the target prices of $3,000 and $3,500, and then the two mainstream assets will jointly move towards new historical highs. What does this mean for altcoins? Even though assets like NEAR, FET and SUI have achieved impressive gains in the past few weeks, greater upside potential lies ahead.
As pointed out by relevant market analysis, SUI has achieved two remarkable achievements within a monthly time frame: one is to set the highest monthly closing price since December 2025, and the other is to witness the highest monthly trading volume since November 2024. Therefore, the analysis concluded that SUI is very strong. Although there may be a correction to the range of US$0.9 to US$1 in the short term, in any case, its impact on new historical highs seems to be a foregone conclusion.
