根据今天早些时候发布的新闻稿，领先的以太坊资金管理公司 BitMine Immersion Technologies 进一步增持了 ETH。该公司上周又增持了 203,800 ETH，价值约 8.2 亿美元。
上周的购买使 BitMine 的 ETH 总持仓量增至 324 万 ETH，约占活跃流通供应量的 2.7%。此外，该公司还持有 192 个比特币 (BTC) 和 219 美元现金。该公司的加密货币和现金总持仓量达 13.4 亿美元。
BitMine 频繁购买 ETH，使其成为 ETH 持有量领先的上市公司。本月初，该公司报告称其 ETH 总持有量已超过 300 万枚。BitMine 董事长 Tom Lee 对此表示：
Last week, the cryptocurrency market experienced one of the largest deleveraging events in history, which put pressure on the price of ETH. The number of open contracts for ETH is currently at the same level as it was on June 30th this year. Given that Ethereum is about to enter a supercycle, this price dislocation represents a fairly attractive risk/reward ratio. Over the past week, we have increased our holdings of 203,826 ETH tokens, bringing our total holdings to 3.24 million units, or 2.7% of the total supply of ETH. We have already achieved more than half of our initial goal of accumulating 5% of the total supply of ETH.
Li added that he believes Ethereum is a “truly neutral” blockchain, and is likely to be adopted by more and more institutions. He also mentioned that BitMine continues to strive to accumulate 5% of the total circulating supply of Ethereum.

After today’s announcement, the stock of this company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, BMNR, rose by 7.76%, with a trading price of $53.72 as of the time of writing. In the past six months, the stock has increased by a remarkable 640.87%.

Is it inevitable for ETH to reach new highs?
As more institutions start to adopt Ethereum, analysts predict that this second-largest cryptocurrency by market value will reach record highs. Cryptocurrency analyst HAMED_AZ said that, driven by a new round of bull markets, ETH could rise to $6,400.
