Strategy suspended Bitcoin purchases and maintained its holding at 845,000 coins.
As one of the world's largest institutional Bitcoin holders, Strategy has not made any Bitcoin purchases in the past week. This situation has been going on for a long time, after the company experienced a week-long buying period. Strategy, which has attracted much attention recently due to its bitcoin sales, currently holds a total of 845,050 bitcoins.
Strategy made it clear that there were no bitcoins buying and selling this week
According to a statement released by Strategy founder Michael Saylor, the company neither bought nor sold any bitcoins last week.
"As of September 13, 2026, we hold 845,050 BTC."
Instead, Strategy spent $139.3 million to buy back STRC preferred shares. Siler added in a statement that the STRC repurchase funds came entirely from the company's cash reserves. Affected by this, the company's dollar reserves decreased by approximately $140 million, from $6.54 billion to $6.4 billion.
The company has proposed a "dollar term" plan of approximately 3.9 years. During this period, the company can use its U.S. dollar assets to meet financial obligations, such as paying dividends and interest. This means that the company can rely on existing U.S. dollar assets to meet payment needs for approximately 3.9 years without having to adjust the price of Bitcoin or raise new funds.

According to the company's Form 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), KULR sold approximately 764 bitcoins through open market operations between August 20 and September 11, 2026.
The average selling price of these bitcoins is US$76,633 each, generating total revenue of approximately US$58.6 million. KULR said the transaction was part of its ongoing asset management activities.
With the completion of transactions on September 11, KULR's Bitcoin position has dropped to zero. The company thus completely withdrew from its previously important Bitcoin custody strategy.
