21Shares：隐私币一年内增长近5倍

隐私币板块过去一年规模扩大近五倍至约300亿美元

根据21Shares于9月22日发布的研究笔记，随着Zcash（ZEC）引领涨势以及金融机构持续测试机密区块链基础设施，隐私币板块在过去一年中扩大了近五倍，总规模达到约300亿美元。

市场数据与主要表现

21Shares指出，隐私币的市场资本化从一年前的62亿美元增长至300亿美元。CoinGecko最新数据显示，隐私币类别的总市值约为369亿美元，其中Zcash占比约250亿美元，Monero（门罗币）约为112亿美元。

ZecStats报告称，截至9月22日协调世界时05:34，Zcash的屏蔽池（shielded pools）持有491万枚ZEC，占已发行供应量的29%。按当时市场价格计算，这些硬币的价值约为71.9亿美元。值得注意的是，这29%的比例衡量的是在屏蔽池中持有的已发行ZEC份额，而非使用隐私功能的交易份额。ZecStats统计了Sprout、Sapling、Orchard以及于7月28日激活的新Ironwood池的数据，后者是在开发者替换存在缺陷的Orchard设计后推出的。

Zcash近期涨幅显著。CoinGecko 9月22日的读数显示，ZEC价格接近1,473美元，市值接近250亿美元。在该快照期间，该代币七日内涨幅约为22%，过去30天内涨幅达75%。这一数值远超21Shares报告中使用的约200亿美元的估值。21Shares的研究将当前市值与Zcash在2021年创下的约40亿美元峰值相比，指出网络价值较此前水平上涨约400%。

机构需求推动隐私成为核心要素

21Shares认为，隐私正日益成为机构采用区块链技术的重要要求。该公司研究策略师Matt Mena写道：“隐私不是数字资产可以后期附加的功能。”他论证称，公开的账本历史可能会暴露企业的余额、交易对手方以及交易策略。

尽管不同机构对隐私币的定义和市场快照存在差异，导致数据不可直接互换，但整体趋势表明，除了专门围绕隐私构建的代币外，对保密性的需求正在扩展。Ethereum和Solana等主流公链也在开发旨在减少特定交易或应用数据暴露的系统，同时保持验证能力。

Zcash ETF上市提供合规的美国接入渠道

同期，美国的投资准入环境发生了变化。Grayscale旗下的Zcash ETF于8月25日在NYSE Arca以代码ZCSH开始交易，成为首个提供ZEC现货敞口的交易所交易产品。该产品通过转换其现有的Zcash信托基金创建，允许经纪账户持有人获得ZEC的价格敞口，而无需管理私钥。

SEC文件显示，ZCSH在前两周内累计流入超过7,000万美元（不包括Digital Currency Group关联公司的1亿美元投资）。Grayscale在文件中警告称，ZEC仍具有高度波动性，投资者可能损失全部投资。此外，监管方面也有积极信号：Grayscale的文件指出，SEC已于2026年1月终止了对Zcash基金会的调查或执法行动。

Ethereum与Solana的隐私路线图

Ethereum：其官方路线图描述了三个主要的隐私方向：私密读取（private reads）、私密写入（private writes）和私密证明（private proving）。私密读取旨在防止钱包和基础设施提供商泄露查询信息；私密写入涵盖交易活动和元数据；私密证明则利用密码学在不揭示底层数据的情况下证明事实。以太坊基金会还成立了机构隐私工作组，专注于零知识证明、全同态加密、可信执行环境以及面向受监管金融应用的隐私优先Layer 2网络。隐私已被纳入Hegotá开发周期的优先级事项之一。

Solana：The "Confidential Balances" function has been provided through the Token-2022 framework. This feature encrypts balances and transfer amounts while keeping token accounts, account owners and participation publicly visible. Issuers can configure an optional auditor key to decrypt confidential transfer amounts, but the key does not reveal the full account balance and cannot authorize transfers.

Canton Network: Controlled disclosure model for institutional transactions

In the area of institutional privacy, Canton Network takes a different path, focusing on controlled information sharing among participants. Digital Asset revealed in a comment letter filed with the SEC that Canton has more than 1,000 participants and supports more than $8 trillion in tokenized securities activity every month, including Broadridge, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Societe Generale. It should be noted that this $8 trillion refers to monthly financial activity, not the total amount of assets permanently stored on the public blockchain.

DTCC has transferred part of its tokenization work to production testing. On July 15, the market infrastructure company reported that it had successfully completed production transactions involving tokenized DTC-held securities on Canton and DTCC's private Besu networks. More than 30 companies participated in a process that covered U.S. Treasury repurchase, securities lending, collateral pledge, and stock and bond swaps (DVP) transactions. DTCC plans to launch its tokenization service in October 2026. Canton has attracted a number of large financial institutions, including JPMorgan Chase, to develop tokenized deposit and institutional settlement systems.

Privacy growth still faces regulatory restrictions

尽管需求上升，隐私资产的发展仍受制于监管环境。21Shares引用犯罪数据反驳了隐私资产主导非法加密货币使用的观点。Chainalysis估计，2025年非法地址接收的加密货币至少为1,540亿美元，但归因于非法活动的交易总量占整体加密货币交易量的比例不到1%。在其2026年报告中，稳定币占已识别非法加密货币总量的84%，这主要得益于其广泛的合法用途、高流动性、低波动性和跨境转移能力。然而，这些数据并未衡量特定隐私币是否完全免于犯罪使用。

各司法管辖区的监管待遇各不相同。欧盟《反洗钱条例》（AMLR）禁止加密资产服务提供商维护匿名加密账户，或允许通过增强匿名性的硬币增加交易混淆的账户。该规定将于2027年7月10日生效，届时欧盟新的反洗钱法规将适用于相关的金融服务和加密服务提供商。
