修正案详情与激活时间表
XRP Ledger 正通过 fixCleanup3_4_0 修正案引入一系列协议改进，预计将于 2026 年 10 月 23 日正式激活。据相关数据显示，该修正案已于 10 月 5 日进入为期两周的激活窗口期，最早计划于 10 月 23 日 UTC 时间上午 9:34 生效。
此次升级涵盖了 XRPL 多个功能模块的技术性问题修复，包括单资产金库、借贷协议、自动做市商（AMMs）、NFT、托管交易以及权限委托等。
获得 81.25% 验证节点支持
Currently, the fixCleanup3_4_0 amendment has won the support of 26 verification nodes, accounting for 81.25% of the total. According to the rules, the support rate must always remain above 80% during the activation period. If the support rate of the verification node drops to 80% or lower, the activation countdown will reset, causing a delay in implementation until the amendment completes another qualified review cycle.
This amendment was originally launched in xrpld version 3.4.0 and entered the voting stage on September 17, 2026, bringing together a number of technical amendments aimed at improving network functionality.
Key fixes: Authorization, AMM, NFT and Custody Transactions
One of the important improvements involves the recently activated "Authorization" feature, which allows account holders to assign specific transaction privileges to other accounts. The amendment solves an issue involving PaymentBurn's authority that under certain conditions authorized accounts may minte homogenization tokens. Other fine-grained permissions are not affected.
In addition to authorization, the amendment also introduces amendments for multiple XRPL transaction types, including AMM callback operations and NFT transactions:
- AMM amendment: prevents some callback transactions from being unable to recover assets when destroying liquidity provider tokens due to rounding errors. Reserve requirements have also been adjusted to prevent compliance-related callbacks from failing when paired asset positions need to be automatically created.
- NFT improvements: rejects invalid XRP pricing quotes and fixes restrictions on issuers operating under global freeze restrictions.
- Custody adjustments: Allow the recovery of owner reserves in EscrowCancel and EscrowFinish transactions to prevent unnecessary transaction failures.
Loan agreements and treasury improvements strengthen XRPL operations
In addition, the amendments introduce precision improvements in VaultDeposit, VaultWithdraw, and VaultClawback operations to maintain accurate asset balances and share supply.
Further changes optimize authorization, voucher verification, target address verification, and asset freeze processing mechanisms in single asset treasury and loan agreements. These corrections are intended to improve the transaction reliability of the XRPL application, although its final activation still depends on maintaining sufficient verification node support throughout the voting period.
