CVC 币安将 Biconomy (BICO) 与 Civic (CVC) 列入“监控标签”，退市风险升温
币安（Binance）已将@biconomy 的 $BICO 和 @civickey 的 $CVC 列入其“监控标签”（Monitoring Tag）。这一 designation 标志着这些代币将面临更严格的审查，并增加了未来被下架的可能性。该举措最初由 WuBlockchain 于 2026 年 10 月 9 日披露。
“监控标签”的真实含义
“监控标签”并非直接的下架通知，但也绝非健康的信号。该标签警告称，相关资产可能已不再符合币安的上市标准；若未能满足这些条件，携带该标签的代币可能面临下架。
需要注意的是，该标签本身并不会立即从平台上移除 BICO 或 CVC。它仅表明币安将在这些代币继续交易期间对其施加额外的审查。
对交易者的实际影响
对于交易者而言，实际影响是立竿见影的。币安要求任何希望交易“监控标签”代币的用户，必须每 90 天完成一次风险评估问卷，并接受币安现货及杠杆平台的使用条款。
此外，在审查过程中，交易所还会考察开发活动、流动性、网络安全性和透明度等因素。
持有者应如何看待这一举措？
Historical data shows that "surveillance tags" have substantial weight. Tokens including ALCX, ARDR, NFP and POND were included on the label in June 2026 and were officially removed from the shelves on July 10, 2026. This means that the addition of "surveillance tags" is increasingly becoming a reliable early warning signal.
However, the results are not destined to be irreversible. The label represents a structured warning period that provides a clear window for project parties to demonstrate improvement measures. Many tokens have successfully removed the "surveillance tag" after meeting Binance's review criteria.
This time Binance did not clearly explain the specific reasons for marking BICO or CVC. Typically, exchanges comprehensively assess factors such as team commitment, development activities, transaction volume, network stability, and changes in token economics during each review. Evidence of fraud or negligence may also trigger the label.
Currently, both tokens will be subject to regular evaluation, and their continued listing depends on whether established standards are met. Investors holding the above assets should pay close attention to Binance's official communications for any subsequent announcements.
