Stargate Bridge Service opens up the TRON network, Erena deepens its multi-chain stablecoin strategy

USDe and sUSDe are now online on TRON through Stargate Finance, supporting cross-chain transfers

This release allows TRON users to access U.S. dollar-linked and income-based assets issued by Erena. JustLend DAO and SUN.io will be the first TRON platforms to support these assets.

Ethena has thus reached TRON's more than 403 million user base and integrated into its growing stablecoin settlement ecosystem.

With the joint announcement of TRON DAO and Ethena Labs, USDe and its revenue-generating counterpart, sUSDe, are now officially available on the TRON network. The two agencies confirmed the integration from Geneva and Lisbon respectively on September 11, 2026. Users can bridge, hold and transfer these two digital dollar assets on the TRON network through Stargate Finance.

This release connects Erena's stablecoin products to one of the world's largest stablecoin settlement networks.

Stargate Bridge Service Opens TRON Access to the entire network

TRON DAO confirmed the release through its official X (formerly Twitter) account and said: "USDe and sUSDe are now available on #TRON." The announcement also specifically mentioned Stargate Finance, which allows users to "bridge, hold and transfer these two assets" across the network.

This immediately allowed Erena's product line to cover TRON's existing huge user base. USDe joins TRON's stablecoin option library as an additional dollar-pegged token for daily use. At the same time, sUSDe provides TRON users with the opportunity to use Ethena's revenue-based products on the chain for the first time. These two tokens will continue to be associated with liquidity held in Ethena's other supporting networks.

This architecture supports interoperability in Erena's broader multi-chain strategy. TRON's core decentralized finance (DeFi) app is also expected to provide support in the coming weeks. JustLend DAO and SUN.io were named among the first platforms to add support, and wider adoption is expected later. TRON currently has more than 403 million accounts.

Sun Yuchen, founder of TRON, said: "Millions of people rely on the TRON network every day for payments, savings and global value transfers." He added that USDe and sUSDe "broaden the options available to web users."

Erena deepens its multi-chain stablecoin strategy

Guy Young, founder of Ethena Labs, said TRON "has a large user base and is already holding and circulating digital dollars on a large scale." He pointed out that the integration means users can "hold dollars that can accumulate revenue" on the networks they already use. Young called the move part of a broader effort to reach more users around the world, and noted that the two teams will continue to work together in the future.

This integration allows USDe to exist beyond the dozen networks it already supports. The asset has previously established connections to multiple centralized exchanges and other decentralized financial platforms. Joining TRON strengthens USDe's position in the multi-chain stablecoin landscape, and also deploys sUSDe on a network designed for high transaction volumes.

For TRON, this additional support will help consolidate its positioning as a decentralized infrastructure for daily financial use. In recent years, the network has focused on stablecoin settlement and payment applications. Introducing Erena's products provides TRON users with another revenue option in the same ecosystem.

Both companies said they have further integration plans in addition to this initial TRON release. Wallets, exchanges and payment providers are expected to gradually increase support in the future. The move reflects continued efforts to promote broader digital dollar accessibility within the TRON ecosystem.
