Four-hour buy signals appeared in Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP, and ETF outflows accompanied by price declines.
After a significant price correction, TD Sequential buy signals appeared on the four-hour charts of Bitcoin, Ethereum and XRP. Analyst Ali Charts pointed out in a relevant analysis released on the X platform on October 8 that these signals may indicate that the market adjustment is coming to an end.
Bitcoin records a four-hour buy signal
According to Ali Charts 'analysis, Bitcoin's four-hour chart triggered the TD Sequential buy signal. Data shows that the price of bitcoin was US$86,976 on October 5, and had dropped to US$82,150 when the document was issued on October 8, a decrease of 5.55%, equivalent to a drop of US$4,826 per bitcoin.
Analysts pointed out that this signal indicates that the current correction may be coming to an end, and the rally deserves close attention. However, the article does not set specific price targets or time frames. The key to confirming the validity of the signal lies in the intervention of buying forces on the K-line in the next four hours.
Ethereum and XRP showed similar trends
Ethereum also showed similar patterns during the same period. ETH prices fell 7.36% from $2,738 to $2,537, a decrease of approximately $201. If the buying order confirms the buy signal, analysts will focus on rebound targets of $2,620 and $2,650 respectively. Both positions are above the currently mentioned price level of $2,537, but analysts did not mention a higher target.
XRP also showed a four-hour TD Sequential buy signal after a decline. Its price fell from $1.53 to $1.39, a drop of approximately 9.2%(down approximately $0.14 per token). It is worth noting that previous sell signals are highly consistent with local highs of the token. Analysts asked: Does the new buy signal signal the formation of a local low?
ETF outflows accompanied by price declines
At the same time, the U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF recorded a significant net outflows on October 7. According to SoValue data, the total net outflow on the day reached US$487 million, with BlackRock's IBIT fund leading the decline, with divestments reaching US$208 million, accounting for about 43% of the total outflow on the day.
On the same day, the U.S. spot Ethereum ETF also recorded an outflow of funds, with a net withdrawal amount of US$161 million. Among them, BlackRock's ETHA fund contributed US$116 million, accounting for approximately 72% of the total outflow of Ethereum.
Taken together, the above two fund groups recorded a total net outflow of US$648 million that day. Analysts stressed that although the TD Sequential signal suggests the possibility of a rebound, market participants still need to observe whether buyers actually enter the market in the next few trading sessions to verify the effectiveness of trend reversal.
