ADA Cardano Foundation 将数字身份项目 Veridian 独立为瑞士公司，并发行代币化股权
Cardano 基金会于 10 月 8 日宣布，将其数字身份项目 Veridian 剥离并成立一家独立的瑞士公司。该公司依据瑞士《分布式分类账技术法案》（DLT Act），将股份代币化为基于分类账的证券。此次股份发行是 Cardano 新推出的 CIP-0113 可编程代币标准部署的首个资产。
Veridian 由首席执行官 Thomas A. Mayfield 领导，致力于构建信任基础设施，使政府、组织和个人能够在没有中央数据库的情况下，证明数字交互另一方的身份及其授权权限。该公司表示，计划在 2027 年寻求战略伙伴和投资者，以扩展其在美国州政府层面的业务、在欧洲的企业业务以及在亚太地区不断增长的发行商网络。
Veridian 的技术基础与合规进展
Veridian 建立在 KERI 和 ACDC 这两项已获监管机构认可的开放身份标准之上，其首席技术官 Fergal O’Connor 负责维护核心的 KERI 和 ACDC 库。目前，Veridian Wallet 已在 iOS 和 Android 平台上线，且公司已完全映射了犹他州《州级认证数字身份实施指南》中的所有 142 项要求。
犹他州的 SB 275 法案于 5 月生效，使该州成为美国首个立法建立州级认证、保护隐私的数字身份计划的州。
Mayfield pointed out: "The Internet did not provide a way to verify each other's identity when it was born. This was still a problem when the interacting agents were only humans; today, AI agents process money and data on our behalf, and this problem becomes even more serious."
First application of tokenized equity under CIP-0113 standard
This share tokenization adopts the CIP-0113 programmable token standard, which was introduced by the Cardano Foundation and Community on October 7. The standard allows issuers to attach rules to tokens, including recipient qualifications and whether tokens can be frozen, confiscated or transferred. These control mechanisms are specifically designed for regulated products such as stablecoins, funds and tokenized securities. Veridian's stake provides the first real-life equity use case for the standard, developing in parallel with other tokenization equity efforts, such as Securitize's on-chain U.S. stocks.
Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation and Chairman of the Veridian Board of Directors, said: "This is a milestone for the Cardano ecosystem. Veridian is built on open standards, has market-based products, and is addressing issues that governments are establishing legally."
Why authentication goes on-chain
根据 Javelin Strategy & Research 的数据，2025 年美国消费者因身份欺诈损失了 273 亿美元。此外，AI 智能体现在代表个人和公司行事，但缺乏可靠的方法来验证或撤销其权限。Veridian 的技术已被 Masumi 使用，这是一个由 Serviceplan Group 和 NMKR 在 Cardano 上构建的 AI 智能体支付和身份网络。该网络允许交易对手在付款前验证智能体的凭证，并在智能体受到损害时撤销其权限。
Gregaard 与基金会首席法务官 Nicolas Jacquemart 已加入 Veridian 董事会。随着美国已有十多个州效仿犹他州的数字身份模式，此次分拆使 Veridian 能够同时服务于州政府需求及其企业和发行商业务。
