这是Meta历史上第三大收购，仅次于WhatsApp和Scale AI，比当年收购Instagram还贵。
翻一下Manus的时间线可以看到，今年3月产品才上线，12月就被收购。从发布到卖掉，一共9个月。
创始人肖弘，江西吉安人，华中科技大学毕业，创业起点在武汉。第一个产品是微信公众号排版工具壹伴，卖了。第二个产品是企业微信CRM工具微伴，也卖了。第三个产品是浏览器AI插件Monica，没卖，但被骂了。
骂什么?套壳。
那时候行业共识是，做大模型的公司才有前途，在别人模型上面做应用的都是套壳，没技术含量。
今年3月Manus刚火的时候，联合创始人季逸超在社交平台回复网友提问时说：“我们用过Claude，也用过不同版本的Qwen(千问)微调模型。”
就是用别人的大模型，自己做应用层。
怎么了?
现在价值数十亿美元。
去年字节跳动高层专门飞到香港见肖弘，出价3000万美元想收购。肖弘没卖。
现在回头看，3000万和数十亿之间，差的不是一年时间，是：
一个产品做出来了。

With an annual revenue of $125 million, Meta managed to build something from scratch in just 8 months. It had global users, a subscription model, and could be fully operational. 收购完成后，肖弘出任Meta副总裁。一个从武汉起步、做公众号排版工具的创业者，现在要去硅谷给扎克伯格汇报工作了。
真格基金刘元说了一句话：「属于中国这一代年轻创业者的时代，已经到来。」
这话可能只说对了一半。
时代确实到来了，但到来的方式，是把公司搬走。
