On Monday, market sentiment finally began to show some signs of improvement. Cryptocurrency prices all recovered, with most mainstream coins strengthening their positions. Asian stock markets also saw a slight increase in prices. Traders are entering a critical week dominated by the Federal Reserve and other central banks, and everyone is waiting for further policy developments. Although the overall atmosphere remains cautious, the trends in risk assets have stabilized, and market investors are beginning to expect a new round of monetary easing to occur.

Bitcoin (BTC) rose by approximately 1.9%, continuing its gradual upward trend, with the price remaining close to the $90,000 mark. This trend is largely supported by expectations of interest rate cuts.
For crypto traders, the Fed meeting this week is no longer just another routine event; it has become a crucial trigger for determining whether the next market movement will occur.
Akshat Siddhant, chief quantitative analyst at Mudrex, said that if the Fed cuts rates as expected this week, the likelihood of a “Christmas rally” increases significantly, and BTC could reach the $100,000 mark.
He also pointed out that around $87,500 is an important support level. Even if there are short-term fluctuations, as long as this level is maintained, the overall trend of BTC remains positive.
