欧洲央行推出Pontes系统，支持以央行货币结算批发代币化资产

欧洲中央银行（ECB）正式推出了名为“Pontes”的系统。该系统允许金融机构使用央行货币进行批发代币化资产交易的结算，为稳定币等私人结算资产提供了替代方案。

欧洲央行于周一宣布了这一系统的启动，此举是其欧元区体系推进代币化金融战略的重要组成部分。目前，该系统初期提供核心服务套件，预计将于2028年实现全面部署。

代币化是指利用分布式账本技术（DLT）网络将资产转化为数字代币。欧洲央行表示，通过在一个平台上整合发行、交易、结算、托管和服务等功能，并结合智能合约实现自动化，可以显著提升批发交易的效率与速度。

欧洲央行执行委员会委员皮耶罗·奇波洛内（Piero Cipollone）表示：“Pontes将为欧洲的代币化金融生态系统注入央行货币的稳定性与信任感，这将为其规模化发展提供重要优势。”

Pontes系统建立在欧元区体系2024年关于基于DLT的交易以央行货币结算的测试基础之上。欧洲央行指出，参与方一致认为，获取无风险结算资产对于推动代币化金融的广泛采用至关重要。

此外，欧元区体系还在开发另一个互补性倡议“Appia”，旨在探索基于DLT的金融服务综合生态系统，其蓝图预计也将在2028年完成。
