He made clear that the phrase "take positive measures" was crucial. An institution that has raised more than $1 billion to hold a single asset and publicly committed to growing the value of that asset through borrowing and DeFi is clearly conveying to the market its strong expectations for XRP's prospects.
Evernorth currently holds 473 million XRP tokens. Based on this number alone, it has become one of the world's largest public XRP treasury companies. The proactive strategy emphasized by SMQKE applies to the entire position. Institutional lending and DeFi deployments will operate on this basis, and the proceeds will be reinvested in purchasing more XRPs.
Nasdaq listing date
Evernorth's Nasdaq debut is scheduled for around October 12, with the ticker symbol XRPN. Due to a brief administrative delay, the transaction closure date was postponed to around October 9. The delay is not expected to have an impact on the transaction closure.
Shareholders approved the merger on September 30. Once trading begins, retail and institutional investors will have access to regulated XRP investment channels through standard brokerage accounts. The combination of upcoming listings and Evernorth's publicly documented proactive strategy provides the XRP community with a specific timetable and clear reference.
