HYPE Hyperliquid (HYPE), one of the high-profile projects in the cryptocurrency market, entered investors 'attention with a huge token transfer worth US$330 million. Hyperliquid Labs has launched an over-the-counter (OTC) trading process and plans to allocate a total of 3.75 million HYPE tokens to an institutional buyer. Meanwhile, HYPE prices fell back to $84 from a record high of $97.96 set in September. Hyperliquid Labs completes $330 million in HYPE token transfer
According to data released by blockchain analysis platform OnchainLens, Hyperliquid Labs has launched an operation to distribute 3.75 million HYPE tokens worth approximately $330 million through OTC agreements. After completing a seven-day pledge lock-up period, the tokens were transferred to the company's spot account. Among them, half of the total amount, or 1.875 million HYPEs, were equally distributed to five different recipient wallets, and each wallet received 375,000 HYPEs. The distribution of the remaining 1.875 million tokens has not yet been completed. The company made it clear that the above transactions will not be executed through direct sales on public cryptocurrency exchanges.
