Ethereum prices rebound dramatically-what happens next? Warning issued

Benjamin Cowen, a top analyst in the cryptocurrency market, provided an in-depth interpretation of the trend of Ethereum (ETH) by analyzing recent technical charts and macroeconomic developments. He highlighted Ethereum's recent strong rebound and shared his views on potential market bottoms and key risks facing the asset for some time to come.

Cowen used a regression channel and fair value model to analyze Ethereum's price structure, pointing out that the asset has gained support to rebound from a low area of about $1500. He recalled that there have been many similar situations in past cycles where prices hit the lower boundary of the regression channel, and emphasized that Ethereum's current fair value range lies between $2300 and $2400. But he added that if prices are to maintain their upward momentum, they must decisively break through key technical resistance levels such as the 200-day moving average.

In addition to Taifang's own performance, the analysis also focuses on the ETH/BTC trading pair, demonstrating the strength of Ethereum relative to Bitcoin. Cowan said the deal was an important technical signal for breaking the 20 moving average and needed to remain above this level. He cited past cases of false breakthroughs and pointed out that to confirm the rally, Ethereum must maintain its increase against Bitcoin in the next one to two months.

Cowen also talked about the impact of macroeconomic risks on the cryptocurrency market, saying that potential adjustments in the S & P 500 index will directly affect the Ethereum price. He warned investors that if the U.S. stock index retracts 10%, Ethereum may only form a higher bottom; but if the decline deepens to 20%, it may trigger a sharp decline of more than 50%. Cowen particularly emphasized the second half of the year, especially the end of the third quarter and the fourth quarter, pointing out that negative signals at the macroeconomic level may lead to the last wave of declines in the crypto market.
