答：确定了，今年年底会完成TGE。

4、TGE之后未来的规划有哪些?
Answer: We will continue to incentivize users through S3. We aim to introduce a unified deposit mechanism in Q1. The mobile app will also be launched, along with a prediction market system. However, due to the significant amount of work involved, it’s difficult to estimate when this will be completed. We hope to finish it within this year.

5. I know you plan not to launch on the CEX immediately. What if they insist on launching?
Answer: They won’t be able to withdraw their funds.
BlockBeats notes: This seems to mean that even if the CEX launches, users won’t be able to sell their tokens on the exchange, thereby preventing price drops.

6. How will Lighter distribute the fees generated from transactions?
Answer: $LIT isn’t equity or dividend-based tokens. Therefore, the fees generated from transactions will not be used to distribute dividends or interest to investors. Instead, they will be reverted back to the protocol itself, used for ecosystem expansion, product development, and, most importantly, token repurchase.
7. What is the model for distributing share rewards and tokens?
Answer: The detailed Tokenomics hasn’t been fully announced yet, but the general distribution framework is set: 25% of the total supply will be distributed during the initial distribution, while another 25% will be reserved for future distribution arrangements. All investors will follow a three-year retention period.
8. It was mentioned in the community that Justin Sun provided a lot of liquidity for Lighter. How many points does he have?
Answer: Justin Sun initially held more than 10,000 points through several wallets. After that, he took the initiative to contact the team and provided additional liquidity to LLP. All of these actions were carried out in accordance with the existing rules for earning points on the chain.
9. What preparations have been made at the regulatory level?
Answer: Founder Vlad has visited Washington several times to communicate directly with regulatory authorities, including Senator Tim Scott and members of the President’s Digital Assets Task Force. Before TGE, Lighter was already working on establishing a compliance and regulatory framework.
Additionally, Vlad has discussed tokenized stocks with the Robinhood team.
10. What arrangements have been made with other CEXs or trading platforms?
Answer: Lighter did not pay any fees to any trading platforms. Nevertheless, Lighter has been included in Coinbase’s roadmap, which generally indicates that it has undergone some level of institutional due diligence.
11. Are there any other unknown reward mechanisms?
Answer: There are no special incentives based on identity or role, nor are there any hidden reward programs or backdoor distributions.
